Yelp lies to customers, small businesses, and over charges for ad services that go nowhere. if you are a small business i do not advise using them to increase your customer base.i had a representative for 2 weeks while setting up my ad service and once i had concerns regarding my bill they were impossible to contact. do not use them. they overcharge, mislead and waste precious resources for small businesses
