Empire Services West responded quickly to a request for a contractor put out by The Hartford Insurance Company regarding my claim. Juan Alvarado, the Project Manager, was informative, courteous and got my project taken care of efficiently. Peter, the man who performed the work, did an excellent job installing a new wall and painting the room.
