After doing much research online, I went to the store a second time (Orange, CT) and Bill was a great help, as I tried synthesizer keyboards and asked lots of questions, being new to such things. He answered all my questions and I was able to decide upon a keyboard, a speaker, a stand and cable for the speaker. He made all the difference, even when the store didn't have the exact models I wanted to try. He also explained how things work for customers after the purchase. I couldn't be more satisfied!

The worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have spent over a month trying to get a refund for a package that they have marked as lost. Having spoken to several members from various customer service departments, it seems that they aim to end the chat as quickly as possible. In order to do so, they either make false promises stating that I will be refunded within 24 hours, or they end the chat/hang up.

This software abuses the privileged position I grant it on my desktop in order to pop up ads for its authors which cover 20% of my screen without warning. As someone who works on my PC for a living, I cannot tolerate this but there is no way to turn it off. Also, I get reams of SPAM inviting me to do something with McAfee. Final nail in the coffin is that its witheringly expensive.

I've been a triple A member for 25 plus yrs. They have become the worst company to deal with since a bit before Covid. They hire all these sub contractors that have absolutely no business ethics, no professional towtrucksand the list goes on.We had 3 or 4 people on our contract,we all have had bad experiences from not wanting us to rude with them (unless you offer a tip) to waiting for hours!!! 6 one night, kept saying " they have been dispatch, on thier way" then saying it was canceled! This has happened numerous times, i have an older car. The last straw was when I purchased a brand new battery and it failed a couple times. Finally was given a new one after paying a deductible of like $50. I'm a Plus member too!Well 1 yr later battery was acting up, now they are claiming its my alternator and it was done at the dealer brand new, AAA refused to give me a battery. Now they are sending me renewal offers. Do not waste your monet, time on this company, they hire a bunch of clowns that don't care and don't respect your time.There are other option much better, you get what you pay for. If you have a flat tire, and not a spare like most new cars don't come equipped with a spare, then your done. They do not bring a tire to you, they want to toe your car to thier mechanic.please read all the comments, this company went to shit, they will leave you stranded in the worst of situations ,I don't know why they bother asking if your in a safe area. I regret I was with them for so many yrs and put up with the last 5 yrs if horrible service.

We have been members for several years, and renewed at the start of April 23, however still no membership cards! But NT have quite happily been taking the membership fee since we renewed.Having sent multiple emails, with no response and calling on numerous occasions only to sit on hold with the extremely irritating voice message (directing you to the website) constantly being played at you.It appears that The National Trust is quite happy to take the membership money, but doesn't care less about it's members or poor customer service it is providing.

If I could have given negative stars I would have. This company LIES about pre-sale and special ticket prices. Over a few years I attempted to get pre-sales and/or discounts for three separate events. Only to be told "not for this particular event" I then downgraded my card due to their BLATANT LIES and as not to hurt my credit by shutting down my card altogether. Bought, or thought I boughy tickets to a local event only to find out the order was canceled because in order to complete the transaction Amex needs to send me some kind of email authorization afterwards only good for ten minutes so the order was canceled and now I can no longer get tickets. This company lies, is deceptive, and screws people. LITERALLY no reason to ever get an Amex. Useless card company that screws people. If you have one, NEVER PURCHASE ONLINE WITH IT!! STAY AWAY!@
