I recently returned an item to Zara and was told that my refund had been processed. However, despite following up a frustrating amount of times, I have yet to receive my money back. The process has been anything but smooth, the customer service I received was not only rude but also incompetent, my concerns were not addressed properly, and the staff displayed an appalling lack of professionalism and manners. It's unacceptable that a big brand like Zara cannot handle returns and refunds efficiently and professionally.
