We went in to Zara in stratford Westfield’s london. My partner went in to the fitting room to try clothes on. The fitting rooms were on the floor where the male cloths are. She was told she’s not aloud there. The security guard said if she has male clothes she can go in, so she did. The staff then grabbed my partners clothes hangers while getting changed. Her top was un zipped and he would not let go of them. Thai was very unprofessional. The manager came up and was very argumentative and would not listen to us at all. The fitting rooms have no gender on them and this is Discriminating as my partner could have identified as Gender neutral. This was very distressing and uncomfortable for everybody involved. Your staff need to be trained better. There are no rules or signs on fitting room regulations anywhere. We were told we were gonna be banned. All for trying clothes on. We would like an apology.
