I communicated --email only allowed--with zoom pro customer service from Jan-August 2023, on several threads. The main one had over 100 emails in it, and eventually it took 15 minutes to find the most one to respond to. I also had to repeatedly re-open zoom and send copies of my screens, which took some time. In the the most recent exchange, I sent my answer to the wrong address because I couldn't find the rep's email, and the ticket was closed even though I re--sent my email to the correct address. 8 months to fix something? 100 message thread?? Unbelievably poor customer service. But it sounds like I was lucky compared to others.
