Zoom takes advantage of charities and seniors. I am affiliated with two charities in Canada's Capital. We cater to seniors and others likely to be without computer access or the ability to pay for long distance. Zoom refuses to provided a local dial in access number despite offering them for smaller cities unless the charity will purchase a costly add-on that starts at $100 per month!
