Not good at all.

To be honest with you Zoom is very poor. Not because of the facility itself in terms of the meetings you can have and record but because of the customer support system, which basically doesn't exist.I rang multiple times regarding an issue I had converting a recorded meeting for later use. The telephone staff where entirely limited in what they knew and could offer as help. Each time I was told my message, with an outline of my issue, would be passed on and someone would reach out to me. Unfortunately, either no one did, or if they did it was an automated email asking again what the issue was and each time I replied I never heard anything again in reply. I was a paying subscriber to Zoom and when I cancelled my payment, almost quite humourously I received an email from the 'CEO' of Zoom asking for feedback and that they were sorry to see me leave. Even though this was again clearly an automated email I replied and guess what, I didn't hear anything back.Zoom is okay for basic needs but to use it as part of your business I would think twice, especially when paying.The staff on the telephone even when I explained I'd already tried the process over the phone many times said they were sorry but there was nothing else they could do and no one else I could speak to. They seemed clueless themselves and didn't even seem to care or be slightly interested in solving my issue as a paying customer. They were only there to tick boxes for a failed system.
