Finally decided enough is enough with Amazon. Cancelled my Prime membership due to the total disregard for its customers. Drivers are lazy and either return orders back to the hub rather than delivering or deliver to some random address of their choosing . Trying to report missing items is a joke as they don’t give a sh*t!

It is a real shame that that the largest news network I know of has the worst bias and can't just report the news as it is rather than injecting their gross opinions and views. News is meant to get the information out to the people so we, the People, can make up our own mind and not have to listen to one,so-called reporter,after another telling us over and over how we should be thinking. JUST REPORT THE NEWS AS IS, STOP MANIPULATING IT AND EDITTING IT TO SUPPORT YOUR AGENDAS!! It's pathetic.We can handle the rest and make up our own minds.

I used to be a fan of tripadvisor.Only recently to read some reviews which had some content which was irrelevant to the place reviewers were describing.Apparently, tripadvisor is not concerned when reviewers use nationalities to describe their experiences.Sometimes even insulting other nationalities or mocking them, making fun of them.Reporting this, TripAdvisor's reply is merely, that it complies with their rules and regulations. After disagreeing, TripAdvisor replied that they don't see any discrimination in this kind of behaviour.This is where I disagree.Reviewing a place has nothing to do with the country the place is originated.Thereby refering to the country or nationality and making fun or placing insulting comments, I deem inappropriate and unnecessary and very unprofessional.The review to me becomes irrelevant from that moment, since it's not only reviewing the place.For that reason I will never use tripadvisor ever again and I immediately closed my account.However, looking at the score of Tripadvisor on Trustpilot and reading reviews here, I guess I am not alone. :)

September 15-16-23.I was helped by an Associate in the Eyewear Dept. named Ariel she assisted me with obtaining an eyeglass case. Much appreciated where she rose to the occasion of helping a customer in need!Kudos! to you Ariel, for taking an extra step!

Purchased 5 items on the website and didn't receive one. I contacted them online yesterday and they said that the "order was fulfilled " and they take "great care in packaging their items" and theres nothing they can do. So they can't refund me the $12.00 and lost a customer who spends hundreds a month.

Great journalism but disgusting sales tactics when subscribing online. I have just spent half an hour justifying my decision to want to cancel and not auto renew my subscription. This is my decision, why can’t I do it simply online. This whole experience has cheapened what I thought the economist stood for, absolutely disgraceful marketing and sales tactics. Definitely has left a bitter taste in in my mouth, like it would appear has for many others. I suggest you have a good think before you alienate even more of your customer base. I expected better.
