The customer service is absolutely shocking! I've been trying to talk to anyone and I mean anyone, just a reply email, someone on the phone, anything for about 4 weeks now. I've sent countless emails, calls, requested demo's in the hopes a sale might peak some interest and absolutely ZERO response, nothing, nada. I'm trying to give these guys money and it's impossible to even talk to anyone. At this stage I've given up entirely and will take my business elsewhere. Joke
