If I could rate no stars I would. First time ever using Vrbo and I booked a place for a couple weeks for starting a new job in a different state. When my manager called me before I left my home to send me to a completely different state. I contacted Vrbo about my situation and requested a refund and they told me they would contact the host and get back to me. 4 months have gone by with no call back or even an email so I contacted them again only to hear the same thing as last time and still no word from them. So I’m out my money as of now for a place I never even drove to. Will never do business again with Vrbo.

This app has taken advantage of our daughter aged 12 , she thought it was a free app and then we have received two bills in a row from our mobile supplier mounting up to £470!!!! We have tried to claim it back but getting past from pillar to post. Not impressed and very skint mum and dad here!!!

I bought a metal frame platform bed from them in August 2022. Not even a year later some of the welds are breaking. At some point it will probably just collapse completely. Extremely poor quality product. I won't get into the horrible way they handled shipping delays. You would be better served to buy from a local business near you so you could deal with faces and work out a solution.EDIT: If you can believe it, Wayfair actually said this. No offer to make good on the original purchase. just a ridiculous request that I send them even MORE money. Unreal."Customer feedback is vital to helping us improve, so thank you for reaching out. Too many fake cash games are using apps to cheat people out their winnings. The threshold is ridiculous and pay out never comes. All the while they are constantly running ads every 3 minutes. I know you're not the developer of the games. But it is truly making you all look bad

It was hot and miserable. The venue ran out of water and lied about misters and cooling rooms. The venue charged over $7 for water in an extreme heat wave and I almost passed out from heat exhaustion. Stray Kids had to end the show early due to the unbearable heat.
