Totally rubbish support. Program unstable and unusable. Apparently happen to reopen a case that they failed to fix but then they wont, just a load of automated responses, gotta start the process all over again. Hateful system. I'm logged in but apparently licence has run out....its nowhere near expiry, its on a renewing monthly contract.

Ordered two pair of crocs flip sandals. One was correct but the other was a totally different pair from what I had ordered, although the correct details were on the order confirmation. The refund page on the web site says to contact customer service before returning if the order was incorrect. This I did by email and then got a reply saying they would reply within 1-3 working days. They didn't. So I called them (they only work office hours 9-5 Mon-Thur and Friday til 4 pm). I was advised to simply return the sandals with the label provided (which I could have done days before) and it was tracked as arriving the following day. However, that was nearly 3 weeks ago and still no refund. Wouldn't buy from them again.

Awful woke obsessed channel that discriminates against white middle class Brits! I applied for a job as a channel 4 production team member. The amount of allowances and requirements needed to fit into there BAME and other woke type agenda was unbelievable! They are obsessed with rough dragged up council estate chavs , BAME people who often have more family financial support than anyone , especially Indians , disability of any kind from the 1 to 2000 spectrum, so, all that happens is you get loads of dodgy people applying saying they have a string of fake disabilities, complete obsession with transgender, gay and gender fluid applicants ! The latter 3 are NOT underrepresented in the media and have huge powerful cliques in the broadcast industry, especially entertainment! The application asked you to assess the most tacky cheap reality tv and how you could create another reality tv show . Awful channel that’s tacky, woke ridden and discriminating against white British middle class

I had a problem with my online order and it took hours :between the bot, and many calls however I reached a very nice lady who was able to work with me to get the clearance jewelry piece.It took about 2 hours of runaround but this product is very pretty and should be worth it. I am glad she made it right, I don't think it was easy on her end either.

I promoted this petition and folks I sent it to did NOT want to promote it because there were too many other ancillary petitions added to it. Many thought it was "suspect". This is very troubling because we are literally trying to reduce a sentence of a woman who is very mentally ill and who has been criminalized by a harsh judicial system.
Review of ulta
I ordered from this place and paid the extra money for expedited shipping. I kept checking the tracking and UPS said they had not received it even though the shipping label was created 3 days ago. Ulta tells me I paid for 3-4 day shipping but based on the updating tracking it actually is taking 7-8 days. I tried to cancel the order since it had not shipped and they told me no. The customer service is horrible, they lied about expedited shipping since the website even said when I would get it before I paid. Now I’ll be receiving a package that I no longer need since my event will be over by then.

I have an ulta account and have had it for nearly 2 years. I've never had a late pay or missed payment until most recent. May 2024 to be exact. That's when a hospital bill came due for payment and my portion had to be paid. Because of the amount of this bill I would have to make payment arrangements with ulta. I called and explained the situation and they said they understood but not really, I guess. Ulta is not the only creditor I have and I had to make arrangements with all of them. The other credit card companies were very good at servicing my need and made arrangements that were workable. Now I'm back on track without all my creditors, except ulta/comenity bank. I won't go through all the details but just know, they don't keep track of the payment arrangements you may make with them and they will call you all day every day to make arrangements and you'll just have to keep telling your reason over and over. They won't keep up. They'll just call you over and over. So much that you could get annoyed from repeating yourself. It's not so great to have a credit account with them. I'm going to shred the card, pay them off. But I'll be shopping elsewhere for my beauty needs. I want nothing else to do with them
