I do not understand why Facebook presents me several possible friends and if I send a connection signal to certain number of members, Facebook punishes me for phishing. If I can't have many friends, why does Facebook retaliate me all the time!?

I have had a terrible experience with ASOS as a "tier 3 Icon" customer of over 10 years shopping with this company. I will now be taking my custom elsewhere i was refused a return extension for the sake of 3 days, due to being out of the country. Never have i received such a lack of humanity from a company before. I have never required an extension previously. This is discussing.

products good but promotions are scam today iv been promised £150 temu credit if i ordered more goods the problem is after placing several orders the promotion disappears, i have asked for the orders to be cancelled and my account to be closed but it does not look like this is happening as temu keep asking me if my issiue relates to an old order.

Great service and quality - so many amazing styles of stickers! You can literally search for anything and someone has created something relevant. Most importantly the quality is amazing! I just recently re-used the stickers I had on my case for around 3 years and it stuck like a brand new sticker which was absolutely crazy!!

So after a software update on my laptop, I was locked out of my laptop which I needed to do an MFA to verify my Microsoft account.I tried doing this through my email but the verification codes weren’t being sent to my emails, even after checking my junk.I couldn’t do my phone number as it’s an outdated phone number so I needed to update it via my microsoft account. Because of the verification process, I need to wait for 30 days for the verification process to go through, so this means I’m locked out of my account for 30 days.Because of this, I’ve been unable to work as I freelance for a living so I’m losing money with each passing day, I’ve tried contacting Microsoft (which is a nightmare to do), after two attempts, they put the phone down on me twice. After the third attempt, I was told to plug my laptop into my router for 3 hours (which I knew wasn’t going to work). After the 3 hours, I tried calling back but apparently I’d gone over the daily amount of calls I’m allowed (even though they put the phone down on me twice).I then had to go to my wife’s account to then contact them on my behalf for them to say that they can’t get me into my laptop until the 30 days verification had gone through. The only way in would be to wipe my laptop & start all over again, re-install everything again because of their messed up security system preventing me from getting access to my laptop.Even after agreeing this is the only way forwards (which it shouldn’t be at all because of their system). I was promised a callback from them where I need a USB, a spare laptop & was told they would call me back.I’ve been waiting around all day where somebody did call me back & said they need to download the image onto a USB stick. In the time it was downloading, they said they would call me back in half an hour. It’s been nearly two hours & I’m sat here without a laptop, just so they can wipe everything I need & then spend the rest of the day getting everything back.Also, on top of this. I had a trip planned with my family where I booked tickets to go out for the day which I had to put on hold whilst this gets sorted. My kids were excited & I had to tell them no because of all this, the tickets are non-refundable.As I said, I’m not able to work so every day that goes passed, I’m losing money (not that Microsoft will reimburse me for the most money & the lost time for all of this.Absolutely pathetic, all because of this ridiculous security procedure that’s in place to stop me from getting into my own laptop to make a living & all of the time I’ve wasted trying to get this sorted. Nobody had any good answers other than (let’s wipe the laptop) which means I lose all of my work & we’re going to make you waste your day to do it.I’m willing to accept the lost time & all of my work but unless you reimburse me for the lost money because I’m not able to work. I’m going to steer away from Microsoft & move to Apple & encourage people to do the same. What an absolute disgrace!

ZERO! Zero stars. Their customer service is truly appalling, their staff are useless and almost every phone call drops out (Call backs aren't a thing, apparently). Any business other than a credit card company would be broke and insolvent with the poor quality of service Mastercard offer. The thing is it doesn't even matter which level of card you have, their call centers is useless.

Disappointed by the lack of proactive customer care and flexibility in billing issues

I've had a complex journey with Klaviyo that has left me with mixed feelings. Initially, I was optimistic about our partnership, especially with the platform's capabilities. However, my experience with their billing practices has significantly tainted my perception.The main issue arose with unexpected overage charges at the end of our contract year. Despite our adherence to the contract terms, Klaviyo did not provide real-time billing or adequate notifications for profile overages, leading to a substantial, unforeseen bill. This was a stark contrast to the quarterly invoices we paid diligently, which never hinted at any problems.When we raised our concerns, the responses were often focused on justifying the existing protocols rather than addressing our frustrations. Although the team was polite and the management did engage with us, the overall approach felt rigid and unaccommodating. The emphasis seemed to be on sticking to the contract rather than ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.It's also worth noting that while the platform allows for usage tracking, the lack of proactive engagement from Klaviyo about nearing profile limits was disappointing. We were informed mid-year that there wouldn’t be immediate billing for overages but weren’t clearly warned about the end-of-year accumulation either.While Klaviyo offers robust features and has potential for great value, their handling of our situation felt more transactional than relational. Moving forward, I will be more cautious and vocal about my experiences, hoping that Klaviyo might someday prioritize customer support as much as they do their software development.UPDATE: Despite being informed that my case would be escalated and that someone would reach out to me, I have not received any follow-up contact from Klaviyo. This lack of response has only reinforced my frustration and disappointment. It seems that promises of escalation and better communication were just empty words, further highlighting the shortcomings in their customer service approach.

One of the dvd's I received was suppose to have 2 movies (double feature, Entrapment/League of Extroinary Gentlemen). It only had Entrapment. This is the second time this has happened. I feel cheated.

It's like they have amnesia over there

It's like they have amnesia over there, and where no one communicates with one another. Have been trying to return a laptop, and every time I contact them we are apparently back to square one. Shopping from Lenovo was a bad call and I strongly advise not to buy from them given the ridiculous customer "service". All they have done so far is waste my time having to explain the issue over and over.
