Avery is an outstanding representative for AT&T at Best Buy in Altamonte Springs. Normally, I do not stop for sales pitches, but Avery's approach caught my attention. He actively listened to my concerns, never made me feel pressured, and allowed me to take my time with the decision. He was also incredibly courteous to other customers, assuring them he would assist them as well.This was my first experience with AT&T, and I hope the service lives up to the high standard Avery set. I took advantage of the iPhone 15 family plan deal and couldn't be happier. When I had a follow-up question after Thanksgiving, Avery responded the same day with the same level of professionalism and care.Avery doesn’t just talk the talk—he truly walks the walk. Exceptional customer service like his deserves recognition. AT&T, give this man a raise!

The call center is a disaster. I had to change my address but somehow it was impossible on the website and the App. It took me 5 days and more than 30 interactions with them to get satisfaction. Every single email I receive was send by a different person and eveytime I had to explain everything from the start. Many times I asked to be called back by someone competente for my matter, and though they pretended someone would, no one ever called me back... Though it is a good e-commerce website, it is the worst customer service I experience, for a simple request, changing the delivery address...

Oh my is this company for real?! Booked a hotel and was sent a confirmation email, 48hrs before the date i decided to confirm directly with the hotel to make sure everything is good and no issues with reservation...THERE WAS NO DAMN RESERVATION ON THE NAME I GAVE! are you for real???! Contacted agoda and was told it will take 48hrs for their "intermidiary" company to respond because they cant. THATS OK THEN, WE WILL JUST SPEND £5000 AND SLEEP ON THE FLOOR OUT SIDE THE HOTEL UNTIL YOU LOT RESPOND. And the audacity to tell me it will take 45days for a full refund. This company is a joke. AVOID

It should be -5*Rims as amateur side hustle business. The worst in the Europe defines (I been in menu countries). 20-40% of the transport being cancelled or running late every single day making your trip 2-3 times longer as normal (especially when returning home after work). Now they became even scammers as web page to claim refund for cancellations is under maintenance for a 2nd week (and the claims are expiring normally after 14 days). Scam on the government level!

I would give it zero stars if that was an option. We are seeing the trivialisation and neglect of important national assets, which the NT has been entrusted to preserve in perpetuity. Instead, we find grand historic houses, which I would like to see as lived in by their owners, devalued and demeaned by inane and childish comment boards, as well as political comment which attempts to compare the morals and standards of the past to the present day. We are adult enough to make our own assessments and as for children, they should be encouraged to enter into informed debate rather than being subject to trivial, patronising and unbalanced statements. Money wasted on this could be spent on properties that are currently being neglected due to lack of funds.

Terrible experience with Domain.com. My SSL certification issue has been unresolved for over 72 hours, despite being told it would be fixed in 24. This has caused my marketing campaigns to fail, resulting in a $4,000 loss and forcing me to halt my project until April 2025. Customer support has been unhelpful, and the lack of urgency is unacceptable. Their negligence has severely hurt my business. Would not recommend for startups or anyone relying on timely support.
