Worst company In North America! I ordered a two pack of monitors on new egg.com in mid February. They only sent one monitor. Then they accused me of lying to them. I sent them a total of 12 pictures showing only one monitor was delivered. Newegg finally gave me a return slip and the one was returned. That was early March it’s now almost April and still no refund. This is a company of thieves. Save your money go elsewhere!

it's a shame on Lenovo to not providing customers with accurate information.I brought a Lenovo laptop and I clearly asked if it comes with Microsoft Office.Yes sir it does, just open applications and activate in your Microsoft account.Good no problem..1 year later Microsoft informed me that my Microsoft 365 is expired..Really, Why, Microsoft being Microsoft with poor customer service keep going in circles without an answer that makes sense.Keep blaming Lenovo...So lets talk to Lenovo... no such thing, customers service at Microsoft level so no wonder why they work together..So Microsoft wants me to pay 30 US a month to use Microsoft Office as a private person... ridiculous!! Lenovo is unreachable.. ridiculous!!Lenovo never providing accurate information and simply lies to customers and get away with it...Never again Lenovo!!!!!!

Hubspot is the tool that will hopefully die really soon. For whatever reason, it is considered the industry standard. Every marketing tool, if you try to use it is like trying to work on PC computer 20 years ago.It took me 23 hrs of talking with 12 HubSpot reps and the Success Team to change the theme - background color and font color on the page. All for $15K a year.On the surface, HubSpot has everything you need - but if you trying to press any button or actually use anything, you either need to yourself contact their provider, install some other app, or PAY extra! Complete Madhouse!

Although I haven't dedicated much time at the moment, I was very pleased with my DNA results. Myheritage contacted me with a match. I messaged the person this morning, I can't wait for a reply. It's all very exciting. Hopefully I'll soon be able to really get into researching my family tree.

Sat on the phone waiting for an hour. The guy who finally answered was rude and could barley understand him. He didn't even attempt to help me. All he said was there is nothing I can do and I have to buy a new one. I had asked if I could please have someone who could actually help me and he told no one can. I wish I could give lower than 1 star.
