I ordered some tea and tea bags and paid extra to have it before we went on holiday. It never arrived. The delivery says delivered to resident. Not so. I called customer service, there is no photo proving delivery, and they told me to wait and it would show up. Not yet. The chat function appears not to be working. So they have my money and I have no product. I have better things to do with my life than chase this down. It is just some tea!

BigCommerce has a fairly easy to use interface. However when editing multiple items in multiple categories, it's very tedious. I've never used another platform like this, so I can't compare it to any of the other platforms out there. So far I'm pleased with BigCommerce.

2 srew-ups in 3 days.First the sympathy card I made came folded crooked, then the mug I designed never showed up at all!!!Thank goodness for Amy [and the customer rep that handed me off to her]...and all the outstanding representatives in Ireland!Amy did all she could. She couldn't get the mug here on time for the event, and the supervisor that helped with the card, Niamh couldn't get it on time for the occasion either, but they were both understanding and professional. Not a perfect ending but a caring one, so both woman deserve 5 Stars.PS: Amy issued a credit for both the card & the mug. We'll done Ladies and thank you.

I spend I lot of money of temu and they do not appreciate there customers at all. They keep leaving my parcel outside in full view of everything not in a safe place with no card to say were they have put it. I have had a parcel go missing it shows onbthe picture on royal mail it was just left outside. that day I was at work I work 12 hour shifts so it was sat outside for more than 12 hour when I got home it was gone I gave it 24 hour like they ask to make sure non of my neighbours had taken it in. I have contacted them and they just keep saying as it was sent to the correct address they can not help. They are not taking into account it was sat outside in full view of a busy road for over 12 hour. It's absolutely disgraceful I have received brocken item due to bad packaging,cheaply made items that I can not return as I live an hour away from the nearest evri so have had to keep things I don't want or can't use I don't know why they can't just use royal mail for returns it's as if they try to make things harder and after all that I have still stayed with them but not after this. Its just I good job it was only a 15 pound order not an expensive one I'm so mad. I will be putting in a full complaint and contacting the company that govern them pdd holdings

I bought my first garmin watch last week. A garmin lily, lovely watch but the software was faulty. I sent it back so I can get a new one and I had to pay the expensive returns postage, I have tried to claim it back and its not something they do. They say customer should pay for returns. Shocking service.

Fandango is run by complete incompetent people. They also own Rotten Tomatoes. I can never buy tickets from Fandango. Ever. It's always internal error. How can this be? I have 5 credit cards and ALL of them are declined on Fandango. The CEO of Fandango should be fired.

I wish there was a 0 star option. Bought 3 expensive products from them, can't log in so can't use them. Raised tickets twice-it's now been 3 weeks since the first time, I only got generic response they are 'busy' to answer. I don't know who regulates this shoddy company or how to get my money back since I can't download my products. This had cost me so much in starting up my business- they are a disgrace and a disaster, go with reputable company guys! These are thieves with no customer support! If anyone knows where to report them please let me know, or how I get my money back.

Review DoorDashNegative infinity is our rating!!! Idk how they stay in business!!! October 13th, 2024, to celebrate our wedding anniversary, we ordered liquor to be sent to our hotel. The hotel staff explained that she (the DD driver,Monica) could not deliver to our room, but because we are an older disabled couple, they would bring the order up to us. She texted my husband, asking for a picture of his ID. My husband sent the picture and only moments later the bellhop knocked on our door explaining that she had been extremely rude, yelling at hotel staff and had canceled our order, returning it to the store. We received a message stating we would get an .85 cent refund for a purchase of about $20 bucks, we never even received. We called the DoorDash number to complain and was transferred 3xs before we were finally told we would get a $5 dollar refund because we were charged a $13 dollar restocking fee. Restocking for what??? #1. We never returned anything because we never received anything and #2 the liquor store never received a “restocking” fee. This is THEFT!!! This company is receiving money for a product they never delivered!!!!! We are in the process of taking legal action. Individually, the money may be an insignificant amount, however, based on other reviews, this company is making millions off of fraudulent purchases. They must be shut down. Also, they require a tip BEFORE you receive your purchase, so if you have lousy customer service, the dasher still receives a tip. NEVER USE DOOR DASH!!!

I paid a subscription to watch their on demand shows and they won't let me watch it unless I whitelist them in all the adblocking methods I'm using. Netflix and Amazon Prime don't do this, but Channel 4 does. One of the reasons I am paying a subscription is so you don't show me ads! This greediness will make me watch the show I'm interested in quickly and cancel it ASAP.

I will never shop at Bed Bath and Beyond again and I come from a family totaling 49 people and we all feel the same way. BB&B has felt it necessary to get involved in poltics and boycott a vendor because they don't agree with the vendor's patriotic duty of reporting voter fraud. BB&Bs products are sub par and the customer service is terrible.

I purchased a Flippity Fish for my cat Pugsly. I paid $25, but it was his Christmas gift. Typically Pugsly's gifts are much less, so I thought this one would last quite some time. It has already quit working and when I called Bed, Bath and Beyond, I was sadly discouraged. She told me it only carries a 90 day warranty (not listed anywhere on the box) and was out of warranty. They refused to provide any assistance. The Flippity Fish was a Christmas gift and this is only April 12th. It is barely out of warranty. I will not be ordering anything online from Bed, Bath and Beyond ever again.
