The only reason I chose one star is because ZERO STARS is not an option. Overpriced, changing prices and plans, all plans are either inadequate for our needs or way more than what we need, no middle ground. Waited over six weeks for an invoice, and then they locked me out of our account for lack of payment. Customer service doesn't have a phone number. So you go through the chatbot and eventually get a ticket opened just to ask some questions. If you call the sales number just to talk to a human, it goes straight to voicemail. Takes WAY TOO LONG to resolve issues. You can have three different people working on your ticket so you have to keep explaining the same thing over and over. They do not care about customers. It's too late for me, but SAVE YOURSELF! Go with Constant Contact.

I've made successful purchases from Wayfair, but this last one was ridiculous. I ordered a plant pot. It came in a box with no cushioning around the pot itself, but cushioning around the box which was then placed inside a bigger box. I'm not a packing professional, but even I know you have to cushion the object inside the box. Of course it came broken all to pieces. I got a refund and ordered another one. The person on the phone said they would put a note in the order to make sure it was packed properly. Well, it came packed in the exact same way, broken to pieces in the exact same way. I got another refund. I won't shop here again.

Shopify is scammers friendly platform which doesn't care that you have been scammed. I have been scammed on webstore https://superbestsale[.]store running on Shopify platform. Store disappeared few days after transaction and no ordered goods arrived. No contact with seller as well. I contacted Shopify support which was telling me that due to data protection, they can't tell me that this store is using their platform (but it does as IP address and order confirmation email shows where it runs) and I should talk to my Credit Card company. I check website today, and now it back with new scam, this time Skechers shoes. Someone should close Shopify to prevent people been scammed and robbed

They ruined my Pixel 4A battery with their update and then they refunded me 50$ . Why? Because they are so big and powerful so they can abuse you and you can do nothing about it. BTW, it was not only my phone. They destroyed many of the Pixel 4A phones around the globe but apart from few threads on Reddit you don't see it was published anywhere.

Nutra bullet pro 1200 juicer blender I got for under $150.00 with tax. It is Way quieter and better than my old Nutrabullet. I love this one. I also got the Ninja Foodi air fryer there. My kitchen is very small and it works well. It fits and has been so good in these hot Fall days for cooking instead of preheating the Kenmore.

I’ve had my Chase Checking Account for years now. Happy and proud to say that I am closing my account and joining a new bank. They charge you once a month just to keep your account if you don’t deposit a certain amount, and for me it was $12 a month; it’s so ridiculous. It’s like a subscription service, except you’re literally paying THEM to keep your bank account. They already have enough money, why the monthly fees? Chase’s customer service is terrible, and sometimes the ATMs would be broken at the locations I went to. They only cater to the wealthy, and I personally prefer credit unions. There’s plenty of other banks & credit unions that have no monthly fees, better customer service, better quality ATMs and that is why I’m leaving Chase. Chase sucks, I’m fed up with their terrible business and control they have over the customer. I’m so done with Chase, all these negative reviews are for a reason- Chase sucks, they’re the worst. My boyfriend just said to me that he’s never getting Chase because of hearing the negative experiences I’ve had to go through because of Chase. If you want a bank that actually cares for you and your finances, don’t choose Chase.

Not good. I was charged $108.00 for a subscription I didn’t want, and l can’t access my dna results. The website also doesn’t allow me to change my email address, which may have prevented the renewal of my subscription. The website says I need to register my kit for a second time which is impossible because I mailed it to Ancestry.com a few months ago. Is ancestry a legit business?

I have been trying to access my account but I have been locked out because the number used in 2-factor authentication has been deactivated as I changed countries for my studies. Amazon won't help me saying I have to upload a document on a link which when I try to use since day one didn't let me even with correct credentials. Now i am stuck in their vicious cycle with more than 60 calls and endless emails with no one person consistently looking at my issue everytime a new person and everytime explaining the same thing.
