As I see others on here have had a similar experience when trying to redeem their Onekeycash rewards. Below is the email I sent them:"Please see below the email I received from yourselves on 19 September 2024 which clearly states that my One Key Rewards do not expire until 10 November 2024. Since I made my recent booking a clear 2 weeks before that date, I request that you honour the reward and credit my account with £138.32"But they came back to me saying the rewards expired on 1st October, and they would not budge.I will never use them again, and I urge anybody here to avoid doing business with this lot (includes Expedia).

Ordered a metal print in 24” by 30”. Print came in very terrible quality, they upscaled a to small of resolution photo and it looks like garbage. Tried to return it and they require you to pay for shipping. Cost of shipping was $90 plus tax, that’s almost half of what I payed for the item. I would stray far from larger prints from this company!!!!

If I could give it a 0 I would. Nothing more annoying than trying to read a news story Quietly in a doctors or dentist or cafe or anywhere & then a loud advert comes on!!!Terrible !!! All your making me do is deleting the advert !! Goodbye!

* Update*Paypal have decided claim in my favour. Refund on its way. Zara account now formally deactivated !If only there was an option for 0 stars! Have shopped with Zara for a long time but of recent their customer service is absolutely awful. Returned a pair of trousers which were too long ( a result of their shocking sizing! ), arrived in box with tag detached from garment. I returned them along with a top. Top was refunded but now the trousers are being returned to me as they’re not in an unworn condition? When contacting the chat service all they can tell me is they will not be refunding me due to outside factors. What does that even mean 🤣 Asked for clarification on their specific reasons for not accepting the return and they couldn’t provide me with one. I asked to raise a complaint - i can’t. I asked to speak with a manager - I can’t. I asked for a phone call - I can’t. After persistent contact I was assured someone would call me within 24-48 hours. Never called me. I’ve since called PayPal and they’ve issued a complaint for me but I’m not hopeful! I have since made £200 worth of orders but have returned every single item after having this experience. When (and if!) they refund me, I will be deactivating my Zara account and I vow never to shop there again. Disgusting customer service for such a huge worldwide retailer.

I paid extra for priority delivery twice in the past 4 days and neither made it in the time frame projected. One was 30 minutes past the original estimate and the driver said he had 2 other deliveries first even though I paid for the priority delivery.

I would never go back into this place again ,I thought it was very over priced and nobody helps you out.I honestly don't wear make up myself every once in a while I wear it .I walked into this place and I am not the type of woman that wears make up everyday But I have a Date on Sat so I thought about getting new makeup .The people that were on there gave me dirty looks and nobody would help me .I walked around this store because I was looking for eyeliner but I thought maybe I would get some new eye shadow and some mascara .Finally after wondering around somebody asked me if I needed help and she really wasn't a big help .I figured this out myself and I got up to the cashier and this all came to 65.00 ..I payed the $65.00 and when I walked outside I looked at my reciept and thought to myself what a idiot I am for paying this kind of money .I called a friend of mine up after I got outside and told her what I did and she didn't have anything nice to say about this place .This makeup I got is a good investment because it will last me quite a long time since I hardly ever wear it .But I got asked out for coffee by a really nice guy and I want to look nice for this date.I was not at all impressed by this place at all and I kinda felt funny in there because I am not a woman that wears makeup everyday and I kinda felt like people were judging me and snubbing me off ,But that is okay because I am okay with myself today and I don't have to wear makeup everyday .I thought this place was very overpriced and I will never return here again .And I will let my woman friends know the experience I had here .But my one girlfriend that I talk to really didn't have any good things to say about Altra Beauty ..

Very bad customer service and false advertising with the Telstra Plus Huddle Insurance Promotion. Compliant department doesn't actually do anything and just say "sorry you didn't meet the requirements to gain the points because you took out the policy before the promotion started." How is that even possible if I went through your website to get the insurace????Wouldn't bother with Telstra and will serious consider trying out the other providers now.
