I don't know why do you you the worst courier service in world named Hermes. I am late with my product for 4 days and whenever this courier is used they can't find my address. No other courier service gave me this trouble. If we need we can pay some extra for courier, but please don't use Hermes.

It was 1969. I was taking an economics course, and my professor told us to subscribe to the Wall Street Journal. I sent a request, and they started my paper. I got a computer-generated bill and sent a check back. A week later, another identical bill came. I politely told them I had already paid. A week later, another bill with a warning that I had to pay or my subscription would be cancelled. I sent another letter telling them I was being billed twice and their computer needed to be checked. I begged a human to read the letter. Then they discontinued it. I had no money to resubscribe, as my parents were stretched to the limit to provide college for me. I want my $5.00 back, plus interest from 1969. These uncaring corporate stooges never answered any of my letters. I'll never forget the helplessness I felt at not being able to afford to get the Wall Street "Urinal" Thanks for nothing.

I rarely complain about companies. But The Telegraph has been an awful experience. And one that makes me wonder what sort of brand and company the Telegraph really is. The experience I had doesn't match the prominence and prestige of the Telegraph reputation. I missed an email about renewal and it subsequently renewed at a very high rate. A while later I saw a PayPal email with the amount in. I tried several times to investigate and get a refund online, which is not possible. And is mega annoying. I do not enjoy calling companies and I was overseas, and knew it might be a struggle to cancel (sometimes it is with these sorts of companies) so I waited till I was home to call and cancel. Customer services were not very helpful. I think they get calls like this a lot. Apparently there is a two-week window when you can get a refund. There is no mention of this in the official renewal email I was sent (but missed). It felt like the customer service representative was unable or being told to say there's no chance of a refund. I asked to speak to a manager but it was not possible apparently, the excuse was "he wasn't in his seat". And then told me if they canceled my subscription (which I was intent on doing now), I could never qualify for a refund. I have to email complaints and spell it all out in an email. Time consuming. This all felt rather 'scammy' and not at all what we should expect from The Telegraph brand.

They limit the exports to "50,000 nodes" but the site doesn't tell you when selecting an area how many nodes there are, and when you go back to the map from this error, it forgets your previous selection.I tried quite a small area and even that hits this limit. Useless website.

Andrew went out of his way to help me to resolve billing issues. I think it’s sad to see so many negative reviews. If I were an avid music player this would be a really useful service and high quality, extensive resources. I just can’t justify the subscription based on my primitive music skills. Thanks so much for your help and positive outcome for me! I strongly encourage people to calmly and positively reach out to their customer support!

My battery died and it took the service center two months to find a replacement. During that time I had a lack of communication from their team and had to fight to get a rental unit. At the end, they tried to charge me 150.00 for floor covers that I didn't ask for, I had to call them out and it was embarrassing for everyone involved.
