Kann den 1-Stern-Bewertungen hier, die die Zensur im Standard-Forum mit Recht kritisieren, nichts hinzufügen.Als "gebranntes Kind" war ich mit meinem bereits dritten Account dort besonders vorsichtig. Das heißt, ich nahm mich mit Kritik der Redaktion gegenüber zurück. Damit fuhr ich einige Monate recht gut, und ich war ein ausgesprochener "Grünsammler."Und trotzdem schafften sie es, mich erneut negativ zu überraschen: Ich wurde für das Bewerten der Kommentare "aufgrund meines Bewertungsverhaltens gesperrt!" Man kann sich mein verdutztes Gesicht vorstellen, als ich das las. Man darf also nicht zu oft die lesenswerten Kommentare als lesenswert bewerten.Zumindest nicht bei Artikeln, die von B. H. und ihren Mitstreiterinnen gegen das "Patriarchat" geschrieben wurden (zumindest nehme ich stark an, dass hier der Hund begraben liegt).So etwas Irres kann man sich gar nicht ausdenken - mir reicht's endgültig mit diesem Schmierblatt. Für mich wirkt es etwa so, als würden die Redakteur:Innen dafür bezahlt, eine einstmals gute Zeitung zugrunde zu richten.

Almost lost my privilege with “Assêts Plūs” after I thought I lost on there because of the error form crypto.com , and frustratingly enough their customer service never reply or resolve my complains on time , it took a really long time to have things sorted. On the other hand “Assêts Plūs” is a really good place to try , decent returns with top-notch customer service..I hope this helps fix the negative thing I said about them earlier.

I recently gave a donation using this platform. I spent ages looking for a way to remove their so called 'voluntary tip'. There was nothing on the donation page or in their help section. I did find a paragraph that told me it was 'completely optional' and that if I did not intend to give a tip I should email customer service for a refund. I proceeded with my donation and emailed them for my refund. This is what they said (my capitals for emphasis):'You will see the option to CHANGE THE TIP AMOUNT...ON THE CONFIRMATION PAGE (just before you make your payment). You can use the slider to change your voluntary contribution amount...'When you go to the CONFIRMATION PAGE there is another slider in a box which looks exactly like the first. However, beneath this one it says 'enter custom amount'.I hope this will help others avoid this misleading scam. I am still waiting for a refund.....

They are totally uncontactable in Australia if your password doesn't work, I've tried for over 6 months, when I enter my email address I get a Page that says "password reset required" they then send a OTP to my email and when I enter it the next Page says "we have noticed unusual activity on your account and they have temporarily locked it" again this has been happening for over 6 months! I ended up calling the support in the US they gave me a number in the UK that doesn't work, called the US again they gave me the Australian number again doesn't work called the US again they tried to call the Australian number and confirmed it doesn't work and could not offer any solution. So now seams my only option is to cancel my Credit card so they can't debit it and I have to now contact ALL my other debiters to change my credit card details. AMAZON IS APPALING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I ordered an open box item and received the wrong one. However, because it was an open box item, Wayfair won’t refund me or send me what I ordered because of the price difference. The only way that they would refund me is if I ship back the item, but the item is a 6 foot tall mirror, and, I don’t have materials nor am I going to buy materials to wrap it up and ship it back . They offered me a 10% off coupon to purchase the item that I actually wanted which is just absolutely ridiculous given that the item is $200 and that would save me about $20. I just one of them to ship me what I ordered and they couldn’t do that.

I listed a few items for sale, and a few days later I got notified that two of them were taken off as fraudulent.I appealed as both items were 100% genuine original, and I have sent relevant pictures of labels. One was released, and the other one wasn't on the basis that I did not provide the receipt. I explained both items were used, hence I didn't have the receipts and requested an explanation for the different treatment and the customer service was appalling answering from a script, without actually looking into my question.I decided I didn't want to deal with it, so went to delete my account and even to do that I have to send various confirmation making the process even more frustrating.Will not use to again, horrible experience.
