Review of clover
Our experience with Clover has been extremely easy and professional. We were lucky to work with Miguel Rodriguez, whom since day one shared a wealth of knowledge with us, and helped us design solutions specific to our business needs. I would highly recommend him and the Clover system to any other, small business owner.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!! They promise you the perfect job and all they want you to do is send them money. the checks they send to you are bogus checks, My bank would not cash it. I suspected the scam and took my copy of "my checK" to the bank and it was a fake bank account. I called this Sesame Care company and was told that no one by the name Carol Noland worked at this company. complete scam
Review of autodesk
I work as a freelancer IT admin for schools and no profits. The Autodesk support service has gone from bad to worse in the last few years. A few clients have seen their free licenses disappear in thin air. Certificating a new School can be relatively painless, or damn impossible. If you have a licesing problem, you might as well give up. I'm telling you, I did not give up FOR ONE YEAR, but I'm just about exhausted. They won't fix it. They don't even listen to what you tell them. They just copy paste always the same irrelevant KB articles. Having to deal with their portal is excruciating. Nothing works. I hate having to deal with them, and devoted myself to stear as much people as I can away from their bloated software. Ever tried Rhinoceros?

Review of thumbtack
Don't use for your small business. Clients never contact back and your out $30-100 for them contacting you. Lost $1700 in 3 weeks from this scam of an app. And when you ask for a refund thumbtack just sends an automated email back saying not qualified for refund.

Review of printful
Printful was very easy to maneuver. I'm a first-time printer, and Printful was very user-friendly! I was doing a personal project, and Printful's designer feature was very helpful when it came to seeing my designs and uploads on an example mockup. Overall, it is a great service and affordable- I would recommend it!
Review of Zoom
Zoom’s great for meetings, but their customer service absolutely sucks, its terrible. It took me an hour just to get a real person on the line, and by then, I had already missed meetings and lost out on money. The worst part? When I finally got through, the person sounded like a robot—completely no help, just reading off scripts with zero care. I’m a paying customer, and the treatment was awful. The second agent actually helped me, but it still took hours, and I missed more meetings. At this point, I’d rather cancel and switch to Google Meet. Seriously considering ditching Zoom for good.

Review of duolingo
DuoLingo punishes those who do not pay. I stopped using Super which was supposed to be Ad free but I kept getting Ads to switch to Max and/or Family Plan. With the free version not only do you get various Ads which last 10 seconds (but sometimes lock the app up) you get longer Ads for Super which one has alredy aid "No Thanks" to a hundred times

Review of wellsfargo
Lake Shore Plaza, 4305 Mountain Rd., Pasadena, MD 21122. Originally, I tried to get in touch with the District Manager of the Maryland area. I called customer service because it was not on line,I called the branch and was told just to call customer service and they could take care of the complaint. I told him that I could not I had to write a letter because it was too complicated to say on the phone. I have no choice but to write Headquarters. I had a cashiers check made out wrong and needed to cash it the teller said they could cash it because of the way it was written. Wells Fargo in Lake Shore Plaza; they are known for high standards. I was told by the banker that I would have to get a lawyer to write up a trust agreement the same wording as was on the check that was issued wrong. On June 17, 2024 I sent everything to my lawyer and he wrote up the trustee paperwork that the banker requested. In order for us to get this trust account application our lawyer had to get us assigned an employer identification number with the IRS. I went to Wells Fargo with the paperwork. The bank Manager told us that they could not take it the way the check was made out to a trustee. I told him I just paid for a lawyer to set it up the way the banker told us to do. He said he was sorry nothing they could do with the way the check was written. If the banker was not sure how to resolved this issue, he should have never offered his services he should have asked his supervisor. This should have never happened. I feel Wells Fargo should reimbursed me for this costly information that he requested. My lawyer’s fee also I had to pay for a notary he insisted that I had to have all the paperwork notarized. In closing this was an annoyance and inconvenience also costly mistake by the employees inability to do their job in the first place. I have been trying to resolved this issue that should have never happen. This branch ability to intelligently receive details in knowledge of their job.
