I had a terrible experience with Mercari that I feel compelled to share as a warning. The seller used their own shipping label and sent my order to the wrong address—completely different from the one I provided. When I contacted USPS, they confirmed it had been shipped to the incorrect address.I reached out to Mercari for help, expecting they’d assist in resolving the issue. Instead, I was met with the same generic, copy-paste responses over and over again. They basically told me, "The order says delivered, so there's nothing we can do." It was as if no one even bothered to look into my case or verify the information with USPS.Frustrated and out of options, I decided to contact the seller directly. Thankfully, the seller acknowledged the mistake and issued a refund. However, this was entirely due to the seller’s decency—not because of any action Mercari took.Throughout the ordeal, Mercari offered zero assistance. There’s no way to reach an actual person, and their responses felt robotic and dismissive. It was clear they had no interest in helping their customer or taking accountability for the situation.If you’re considering ordering from Mercari, think twice. Their lack of customer support and refusal to resolve clear mistakes is alarming. I was lucky to get my money back, but only because of the seller’s honesty. Mercari itself? Completely unreliable.

I don't typically ever write reviews.. but I felt the need to write a review about your company this time.. because WOW I have never had a sales team when inquiring about a product/service talk to me like they did....Your sales team is absolutely the rudest people I have ever spoken to. I called twice to get information about gift cards offered by your company and was spoken to by your sales team in the rudest manner I have ever encountered from a company. I was hung up twice just for asking how the Digital Gift Card system works? This is how you guys get business? By being absolutely disrespectful to potential clients?Y'all really need to reconsider your approach to customer service.. and seeing from the reviews on here.. seems like you all have some really fundamental problems with your company.

I honestly feel like they robbed me. I bought a pair of shoes from adidas through ASOS. I never got them. After getting in contact with customer service, they told me that I couldn’t get the shoes I ordered. I asked for a discount and a refund, however they said that a discount would not be possible. So now if I want to order my shoes again, I’ll have to pay 40 euros more. Next time I’ll order from Zalando…..

Overall a great experience. The team listened to what I needed and delivered what was asked. The only thing I wasn't wild about was the time line. It is advertised as average of 30 days for custom website, and whether that's calendar days or business days, I feel we were past that. Took about 10 or 11 weeks from start to finish. But the final product is good, and the communication was very thorough, so I'm satisfied. But if you are in a hurry, you may want to stick to a template design instead of fully custom. Thanks so much!

I ordered 2 t-shirts and paid $20 for “Express” shipping, thinking my items would arrive faster. Well they havent. I contacted redbubble and the said my shipment was sent out on the 6th, I should have got it by the 11th, and wait til the 15th, if it hasn’t arrived to email them back. What is the point of this paying for express shipping for you to “maybe” get your items the same time as if you didnt pay for express shipping? Makes no sense. This is irritating. Just keep this in mind if you shop at Redbubble.

OUTLOOK's security gap that caused severe financial damage.In my personal case OUTLOOK demonstrated a major security issue. Not only if failed to recognize a hacker breaking into my account, it didnt even let me reset the password, which led to stolen identity and my financial account being drained out. As I am writing this, my password is still the old good hacked password, because I simply could not even get hold of hotline to block my account or discuss the topic with them.As I sensed something can go wrong, I tried to reset my password to stay on the safe side. Outlook tried to send a security code to my alternative account, which after multiple attempts simply would not arrive. Of course SPAM folders were checked. When I try to add a phone number to have the security code sent there in order to reset the password, OUTLOOK says - it will take up to 30 days to process adding the phone number. As weirdly, I did receive an email to my alternative account notifying that a phone has been added. I would much rather simply have a security code sent. Anyway,fs a result, you cannot reset your password no matter what.In my case, because someone stole my Outlook password and Outlook failed to help me reset it with due speed, next day the hacker broke into my financial account using my email access info and stole all my savings. And there I was told I am the only one to blaim for this as keeping paswords safe is my resonsibility. Thank you Outlook, "great job"! Gmail at least detects fishy activity by analyzing unfamiliar IPs and blocks your account within 10 minutes until you go through security procedures to recover it.I will be moving from Outlook to Gmail ASAP.

Reviewing the other negative comments here, it is clear that I am not alone. Can everyone else please take a moment and report Google to the FCC, FTC, and BBB? Perhaps we can have justice if we band together against Google Fi.

Ordered the Fenix 6x Sapphire Chestnut Leather Band in 2020 for £869.99. Shortly after using the watch the software began showing issues such as freezing, not connecting to computers or wifi, not able to update. After some time baring with it it froze completely and wouldn't charge. I notified Garmin and they asked me to return the product for a replacement. Little did I know that this replacement was not a like for like new device, but a previously used, probably previously defective reconditioned device. Either way, I just wanted the issue out of the way therefore I accepted it and began using the replacement. After another short period of time, the watch began automatically cycling through menus without the touch of any buttons. this was intermittent at first, but began to be more constant, such as setting off timers in the night randomly and stopping activities mid way through. After troubleshooting, the device was then returned again and I was offered a reconditioned replacement. The request was submitted 1st Feb 2022 (I didn't send it back for a couple of weeks due to being busy with work) and it is now 12th April. I contacted them today to ask how long it would be for my replacement and, if you can believe it, its likely to be the end of May but 'even then they cant guarantee it'. I asked them if there are these issues with the new version of the device (Fenix 7x) as I really wasn't happy with the potential of sending the product back again in a few months time and they said no, and that they have discontinued the 6x. I also asked them why they wouldn't send me the new version of the device (which happens to be a lot cheaper than what I paid) if they knew the old one had issues and its almost certain that I'd be sending back again soon and they refused to even discuss it. So, all in all, I have the option to wait probably 4-5 months for a used, previously faulty version of my original watch that I bought new, the same model but lower value as the different colour was available to dispatch straight away (still reconditioned and not new replacement) along with having over 12 months out of the 21 months since buying the original watch with a faulty device or no device at all. It staggers me how companies like this can advertise new products whilst trashing customers like this.

I like the variety of assets (stock video, Adobe Premier titles, you name it). It's just that the selection and quality is just average. I'm considering switching to Storyblocks because they seem to have more options and better quality stock footage.
