That doesn't make any sense if you place an online order for pickup that you are not able to go and pick up the item until you receive an email that the item is ready for pickup. Although it's a 2-hour pickup and the item is on the shelf in the store, they would not complete the order until I had to cancel the online order in order to buy it at the store. I recently ordered a Black Steve Madden purse online with my birthday coupon. All went great until I received the package with the wrong purse. I politely emailed customer service to explain my concern and was told that they were going to send me the purse I actually ordered with 2 day shipping. The shipping was definitely not 2 days since it took 4 days to get to me. When I received this order, I knew that something had gone wrong by the size of the box. It was small. I opened the box and there was a pair of New Balance socks inside. However, the correct order form was inside. I was very frustrated at this point and emailed customer service yet again. They requested that I go to the store for a refund since they are “unable to send me the replacement item”. Not only am I inconvenienced by having to drive 30 minutes to a DSW store, but I never even got the product that I payed for. Ridiculous.

I ordered a few pairs of boots from DSW in the fall. I received the boots I ordered and another pair that had been sent to me in error. I contacted DSW to get a return slip to return the boots they sent me in error and they told me they could not do that. I said I would like a return slip emailed, so I can take the boots to a convenient shipping location near my home. The rep told me that I would have to drive to a physical store location to return the shoes. When I explained that the DSW store is located across town, the rep stated that this is the way I would have to return the shoes. I contacted another rep and was told the same thing. As a courtesy for my time, they told me they would credit my account $10; which does not cover the hour and a half of my time plus the time it took contacting their customer service. When I took the shoes to the store, they were very apologetic and kind. DSW online has shown me that they don’t value my time at all and I’m gladly going to purchase shoes elsewhere in the future. When your customers want to do the right thing, make it easy for them.

Awful program. Came preinstalled on my PC, so of course I went about immediately replacing it with a better anitvirus. This antivirus is a virus in itself. It clogged up my 'new' pc with endless background processes and better yet it is damn near impossible to remove. I have tried everything but there is somehow still dregs of this thing littering my pc. Manually removing it from the computer files doesn't work, the uninstaller doesn't work, and their so called removal tool does nothing at all. Horrible parasitic program I wish computer companies would stop preinstalling this rubbish.

Backed VinylSonic record cleaner. Creators stopped with updates to backers on Oct. 24th 2022. Asked for a refund and only response is they can't refund anyone and project is delayed. No further details were given and a lot of other backers are complaining about this project. I have seen no action from Kickstarter about this and based on the awful amount of similar comments here about this and other projects, looks like the platform is now the prefect place for phony projects and scams.

I removed the autorenew feature on my subscription and they have just taken payment again. I have now tried to cancel the subscription and they are telling me to will loose my credits ( had just bought!). Once I use the credits I will be deleting the account. THE ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY.

Absolutely trash. I've tried a full day to try and buy a new Samsung 23 phone from Samsung.com with Verizon financing and the website stalls at checkout. Customer service has been less than helpful. So frustrated at this point I don't want the damn phone!

I'm a frequent visitor to Sutton Hoo and enjoy the exhibition and the grounds and the special events. My partner and I visited Melford Hall yesterday, which prompted this review. Friendly greetings from the staff and great service in the Cafe. I particularly appreciate the vegan scones and food options which has been denounced by the right wing. How very pathetic they made such a fuss over your lovely scones. The signage is so discreet, millions must have been enjoyed by omnivores who had no idea they had a vegan item on their tea tray. Also, the toilet arrangements are very sensible but seem to have upset some. The people, men and women, waiting to use the toilets all considered the upset to be very foolish. Thanks for a sensible approach, NT. One small caveat. It would be nice to be able to take my grandchildren into the grounds as non paying guests. English heritage allow members to take in children for free and I think this would be a good thing for the NT to copy

Have been using an HP 7110 printer for a few years now. It's the most annoying product ever. Whenever I ask it to print a single black and white page, it whirs for about 10 minutes before printing anything. It's so annoying. I bet it's reducing the ink cartridge in the process. I will NEVER buy anything from HP ever again.

Can only agree with others, the cancellation process is very scam-like. You can do anything but cancel online. Again, like others, although content is great it was too much info that I don’t have the time to read. Cancelling was a pain, made worse as I have to deal thru Singapore with people that cannot understand Australian accents, and don’t even know .AU is Australia. There is only so much Tango, Oscar , November one can take in a conversation.
