I would suggest not using this service to backup your data, there are better alternatives out there. Mega will hold your data hostage and demand you to pay for their upgraded plans to get back your data, i say "hostage" because when you are over the limit they will warn you about wiping out all your data in the cloud, ok fine fair enough, but here's the catch: you cannot delete any files in your account to go below the size limit, and on top of that you cannot even download or open any of the files in the account they will just spam you with a pop up telling you to upgrade to their pro lite plan or your data will be deleted whenever you try to do anything, basically they are saying to give them money or they will wipe out all your data. Fortunately i already backed up the data in my mega account to an external hard drive last time, just buy an external hard drive to back up your data or go with another cloud service. Mega already shows they are not trustworthy to handle our data as they can just hold it hostage and demand ransom for it. Who knows what other tricks they will pull in the future.

Made a reservation via their app at a hotel in northern Indiana - who claimed that they had no availability and hotels.com should not have booked the room. Now they are disputing my credit card dispute saying THAT I STAYED SOMEWHERE I DID NOT STAY. I had to book another room somewhere else for the night. This company is a scam and no one in their right mind should use them to book anything. The risk is not worth it.

If there was ever an app that made you feel inadequate! Eventually I decided to pay for Duolingo Super, the app wouldn’t accept the monthly payment so reluctantly I paid for 12 months. Since then all the app does is push and push, makes you feel like you’re inadequate and not doing enough. It surrounds you with fake accounts that move away from you as fast as you earn points. One day I earned over 600 points only to be messaged 30min later I had dropped back. There is no encouragement to keep going just negative reviews back. I would like my money back but I can’t see that happening. I’d advise to look elsewhere where. Just had one of the worst days in a 666 day run! 666 Says a lot!! Stay away, go Rosetta or Jumpspeak or anywhere else. Ill see the year out because I paid but what I have learned from Duolingo is that this is rubbish! I really wanted to learn another language but this is putting me off wanting to continue. All I want to do is to learn, not compete, when you keep telling your students you’re not good enough don’t be surprised when they give up.

Have placed the order for a few items. Recieved sweatshirt instead of co-ord set. Contacted customer service about my situation. Have to tell customer service is brilliant, I got reply in minutes through Whats app. Due to item I have ordered is not in stock anymore I will get return label and refund. Appreciate that.Asked if I could get at least free delivery for my next order as this obviously is not nice situation for the customer, when you expect your order and due to somebody’s mistake you can’t get it. But because my other item in the order is in perfect condition I can not get free delivery.Not asking for anything myself now, just a suggestion for Zara, wouldn’t you think it can be a good idea to offer something small to customer who has the simmilar situation happened as mine?I personally like Zara, but 4 stars only because of this case.

Hi, my name is Kathleen Alluin. I have a son with special needs, his name is Dominick. I was supposed to get married in March of 2020 one week after the shutdown so of course we needed to cancel. Never in our wildest dreams did we think we would have to cancel our wedding once let alone twice due to traveling still not being safe for Dominick. With vaccinations and places beginning to accommodate children with special needs I was hoping to take my boys to California to go the the beach and Disney land in September for Dominicks 4th birthday. It would also be his first birthday he would get to celebrate with my family since I am from California. When I called to receive a one month extension on his travel credits it was really surprising to me that they said no. Usually I do try to be understanding but I guess I am tired of people telling my son no which we have heard a lot of during this pandemic. I guess it just surprises me that there are zero accommodations being made for people with disabilities. In March Southwest made a form available to people with disabilities like my son who has sensory sensitivities which I feel like is a step forward. But even now the flight credit would only be made available to my son for 4 months, even though at this time I am not so sure I would feel safe traveling with him even now. Which makes his time period to travel even shorter. He had a flight credit that was only made available to him in a time period he couldn't use it due to his disability and the representative had to say to me was "I don't know what to tell you." Just like when Disney refused to give any service to my son "it wasn't personal". I am not sure how it's so easy for people to so casually be insensitive to a child who is constantly having to overcome obstacles and how heart wrenching it is for his mother to watch. And all I asked for was an extension to his flight credits for one month.

The support works very badly, rarely responds, it feels like a robot is sitting there and writing the same thing. The site has adult blogs with content close to porn, but normal people with normal ones and, most importantly, real business are blocked. I do not advise anyone to use patreon, try to raise funds directly to PayPal or a card. I give patreonu a score of 0 points.👎👎👎👎

Terrible experience purchasing a tablet from this company. There is no disclosure about what the tablet came packaged with (nothing as it turns out, although the deceptive illustrations suggest a case is part of the device). More to the point, the "optional keyboard" that I purchased with Lenovo's post-sale prompting was not even remotely compatible with the tablet, so just a pure waste of money. I would have no complaints if Lenovo offered responsible disclosure. They do not.

We had purchased a Sagrada Familia tour package including access to the towers, priced at €109 per person (a total of four people). We booked well in advance specifically to ensure access to the towers – this was the main and only reason we chose this particular package.Unfortunately, on the day of our visit, we were not allowed to access the towers, even though they were open and operating as usual. This was not due to force majeure or any technical issue – it was simply a case of the service not being provided as promised.My dissatisfaction grew further when we were offered a refund of just €10 per person. At the same time, a standard guided tour of Sagrada Familia (without tower access) is currently available for €50 or less per person, which makes the offered refund unfair and unreasonable given we paid €109.Since our decision to book this specific package was entirely based on the inclusion of tower access, we believe a fair partial refund would have been appropriate. However, after extensive correspondence, GYG (GetYourGuide) refused to compensate us accordingly.I have used their services multiple times before and have always been satisfied – but in this case, I feel misled. When the towers were open and functional, there is absolutely no justification for why we were denied access to a service we had paid for.We were misled by both the package description and the inflated ticket price – which is deeply disappointing.I cannot recommend this service based on our experience, or at the very least, I urge others to be extremely cautious and double-check what is actually being offered and delivered.

You guys have the worst customer service ever. You know what you are doing, and you make it impossible to speak with a live person no matter what prompt anyone follows so that way you don't have to deal with the problem right? Why in the middle of the day any day of the week if for whatever reason I get signed out of my business email, when I try to log back in and I get a message stating WE CAN'T SIGN YOU IN RIGHT NOW, Why? I'm blocked from my own account for 58 minutes? What is that? This is a business email and I need that to stop happening so often!! When I try to speak with someone, I get automated and none of which has an option for what I need, OR my favorite you guys want me to pay you to tell me how to fix the problem. That's not my problem it is yours. Stop kicking me out of my own email account! AND try some real live people for folks to talk to without charging them if it's something not broken or need "a specialist" to handle or an email to contact you guys for crying out loud. You guys are worst
