I bought a Z906 sound system that failed after 18 months. Following contact with Logitech and sending them a video of my system they forwarded a complete, brand-new system from a depot in Europe. All this happened promptly, no complaints whatsoever. As an aside, my advice when dealing with any company is to clearly state your expectations and explain how s**t will fall on them from a great height should those expectations fail to materialise. RESEARCH your rights under consumer law.

Buyer Beware Notices that you can upgrade to Windows 11 from 10 &, If you dont like it - go back to 10.? What they Dont tell you is if you buy w/ 11 installed (Inspirion)then NO options - you are stuck. W11 Dell is 3 dy and it has crashed probl 36x. My other pc W10 - same apps - Never. I want Out. MS has to be the most incompetent co in the world - let me throw Subaru under the same bus + Dell. Beware Beware == Do Not buy W11 - it is really garbage = meebee in time ...... Dell "fixed" now reoccurring. Cheers N
