Worst experience I have ever had! WARNING RUN away from these liars and cheats they held up almost $20,000 of our money saying that they flagged us for high risk! Their solution was they want us to sign a contract consenting to allow them to keep 30% of our transactions before they will release our funds! Highway mafia style robbers hiding in plane site! We have done business with them for almost a year and they did this to us! This is unacceptable and unethical! I’m contacting a lawyer, writing a complaint to the NJ Division of Consumer affairs and contacting my friend at NJ 12 news! How dare they do this to people especially during COVID-19! We do emergency Heating and Air Conditioning and they are keeping our money!

I really don't watch the Food Network that much anymore. The Kitchen use to be one of our favorites but they all talk over each other and it's annoying. Guy Fieri is over exposed. Too much of him. Watched Tournament of Champions last night and never watching it again. Whoever wins should be retired and let someone else get a chance, just like the Iron Chefs. Maybe get some different judges too. I feel like you have lost your focus and it is all about game shows now. Some of them are okay but again overkill.

The support team do not listen and understand customer issues. I had a problem with a buyer. I wrote a very clear description of the problem. The Discogs support incorrectly cancelled the order for the wrong reason and I did not even ask them to cancel the order. I tried again on 4 separate occasions to get this problem resolved. The support team never resolved it but kept marking my support tickets as issue resolved.

Well, I haven't received MY results yet. My daughter got hers, but they're inaccurate, so I'm a bit disappointed. I thought DNA was ALWAYS accurate...but someone there told me sometimes genetic markers get missed, since only half is passed down from each parent. My daughter is AT LEAST 1/8 Native American. U would think some sort of percentage would show up in her heritage, but NOTHING came up showing she's Native American. Wth??? There has to be *something*.

I would not use Yelp to hire any contractors of any capacity through their service. Contractors are not vetted. I complained to them about a scam artist hoping they would take down the scammers site. The scammers just change their name slightly and put another scam backup.

Unbelievable bad technical service. It has been over 3 weeks and we have not been able to get technical help. The sales team tells me this is typical standard service response time, wait a long time and hope someone calls back. Our sales rep was gladly attempted to sell an enhanced service package. Their standard can be described as poor (F) rating. Would the enhanced plan be poor++ (D) rating? Since we are a company <$250M, we get no respect. We are strongly considering another BI application. If we stay with Tableau then we need to recognize their terribly bad service and be self reliant.

Just picked up my order in store and when I got home & tried on boots, I realised the shoes were different sizes, one is a 41 and the other a 38. I ordered UK size 5 so both should be 38. Poor quality control & customer service. Now I have to send back for a refund once they receive the boots back at their warehouse which could be weeks. Thanks a lot.
