Locating your tickets on the app is a pain. You press the ticket icon and it takes you to a page telling you where to find your tickets. Why can't you just press it and your tickets come up? It's an over complicated site altogether.

I would leave them less than one star if I could. AT&T is one of the worst companies to do business with all the way around. Their service sucks, their customer service sucks and their business policies suck. I am not sure if anyone else has had this happen but I purchased phones from them on the next plan where I traded in phones to get the new ones and was to be paid a certain price for my phones. Well they were paying me monthly for the phones and then the service went bad as many people have experienced lately, so I cancelled my service and got a REAL service provider well at that point they charged me for the phones I had which I have no problem with but in turn they kept my phones I traded and now does not want to pay for them. I am trying to begin a class action lawsuit against them so if this has happened to you please let me know so you can be added.

I was shocked to find out that Academia.edu posts copyright material on Google Scholar with no permission from the authors. This is illegal. Even afer one delets the academia account they still continue their illegal activity. They need to be stopped!

The app is pure garbage. Purchased the hulu disney + espn+ package and out of the 3, espnespn+ is by far the worst. Examples - while watching, if you pause the action to take a restroom or any other break, when you un-pause, it resets all the way back to the beginning. 2nd, when you fast forward, it goes slow upon pushing play and you have to pause and un-pause a few times to resume the correct speed. But then you run the risk of it resetting back to the beginning. There is also no way to tell where you are at in the video since it shows no preview while fast forwarding or rewinding. The app is crap and I may have to get rid of it anyway because SURPRISE,SURPRISE, it doesn't replay ANY NFL GAMES. This piece of garbage of an app needs MAJOR overhauling. Do not waste your money.

I pay for the gold card ($$$$). Called for tow at 7am. Given Expected Time of Arrival of 10:45am. No show. Called SEVERAL times in afternoon. I was eventually told that tow truck was on site but it was not. They closed the call as complete at approximately 4pm without showing up and completing service. My vehicle is still needs to be towed.

I wanted to contact to them a bug that I found in the app and a typo on the website and it took them 2 hours no joke and having changed 4 agents to have me sending the same info, getting almost the same questions and having me send completely unnecessary screenshots such as a screenshot of a track playing on my phone

Their free trail is a scam. Trick you to register their account, and somehow you did cancel the free trail, but you still have another account with them, so call annual plan whatever. I didn't notice until I found out my credit card have been charged twice for monthly fee. So be careful with their tricks. Remember to delete your payment method on your Shutterstock account!!
