For over six months Kraken is withholding my funds. They state that there's a discrepancy in my personal details. There isn't. Goodbye thousands of euros.Whenever I check, the chat has a que of over 8 hours. You can't reach them by phone, and they barely reply to emails or a request via the contact form. Both my children have withdrawn all their funds from their accounts on Kraken. I advise everyone to do the same before encountering similar issues.Please dear people, don't use Kraken!

A platform but doing good, but as others have said it is very sneaky in taking money for itself. It automatically adds a tip and you have to click on a small section of text to change to a custom amount and then put zero if you want to opt out. Not cool

I was having trouble activating my account again, got a message to called this number for Hulu help. I called the number, someone saying they were from Hulu took the call, said they were having network issues but he would help me. He asked if I had given my username/password to someone else(NO), because it shows I had logged in from multiple IP addresses. He then started with this spiel that he needed me to go to PayPal and enter these dummy numbers that had been given to them to help identify that it was me. I couldn't understand why PayPal would help, but dumb me, I did it, and it was a scam! They drained my bank checking/savings of $3000+ and I now have $.58 cents. He said he was from Hulu, Name JasonC, phone # I called 848-294-6686. I need my money back and have filed a dispute on all 15 transactions from PayPal, and also got my bank involved. I enjoyed the shows on Hulu, but have canceled my subscription, deleted PayPal, replaced my bank debit card, etc. I hope someone on Hulu's Customer Service side will investigate this group of scammers.

Got the message that my account is closed and orders stopped due to suspicious activities. "Contact customer service" But it is impossible to find out how! It says log onto your account at every suggestions that comes up. Wtf!!!

I've been waiting for two weeks for my order. First it said it was shipped. Then the status changed to 'processing' and since then no communication. I've emailed, tweeted, etc and no response from so-called customer service. This is the worst experience I've ever had with an online order.
