Possibly the worst support I've ever encountered - and rather ironically in their emails they say "We’re here to help, Our award-winning Customer Care Team is available 24/7. If you have any questions, please visit support.squarespace.comWell just you try it. A load of standard FAQs. Trying to get through their useless support bot to reach a person is nigh on impossible. I'd love to know where that award came from.

Wrost services and support system.Unable to access my account

There are many reasons behind rating only a star. It's been a weird experience using my Envato pro account. I purchased a subscription for one year from 2023 to 2024. In 2024, I changed my mind, and I did not want to go with that subscription. In this way, I was okay with removing my card from that account. Unfortunately, the Envato team automatically deducted the subscription amount for next year, 2024 to 2025.Then I decided to go with that loss, and I started using my account, but 3 months ago, I found an error. Account was not signing in properly, even password and user name was correct.It's a thing that really hurts!!A million-dollar company with cents worth of a support system. Envato should learn from the GoDaddy support system.Many months are remaining, and I am unable to use my product.username: yycdigitalworld

awful customer service - tried 4 times to place an order. didnt receive a confirmation email. checked via chat service was told it was on order and what my order number was. checked tonight and no record of said order. spoke again to customer service who told me to re-order the high (non sale) price and the difference would be refunded. no chance

The WORST place to do business with

I cancelled these services with the merchant the same day of purchase and requested a refund. They did respond until a week later and then advised it was too late. I did not want their services and was under the impression it would be a free trial prior to the charge. Once I realized it was not I immediately submitted for a cancellation. They do not provide any further information as the site advises, so I’ve ultimately paid for nothing. With their site constantly popping up as a Google search result, I’m being charged for information that is public. This isn’t the first time they’ve done this as it is a repetitive habit. Unfortunately I did not look into the reviews prior to purchasing or I would have known the company is publicly considered a scam.

Your card can get hacked easily

So pathetic, I've been charged on the card by someone who has hacked in their system, so scary how many scams I don't they run, do not order anything from them as your card can get hacked and when you call them to inform they will not help as all the call centres and off shore and most of them don't even know the processes.

Using notion for organizing my life basically.It used to be better and simpler but I guess the advantage is that its more robust now. Could be a perk for more pro users, im just a basic one. I do like that the interface still manages to be relatively clean and simple but still, sometimes I feel that Notion becomes overly complex in the amount of functionalities

Seller “Andy-Dickens” never sent me a cellphone he had for sell and then he deleted the review with eBay because a police report is being filed . SALT !As of June 12th, EBay refunded me my money for not receiving the cellphone from seller “Andy DICKens” ….so this seller “Andy DICKens” got his karma !!! …..considering I got my money back…….my question now …. is what happens with my ( 1 Star ) review that “Andy DICKens” had fraudulent removed by EBay ?!?!?!? Hummmmm…. 👀 🤔

This company is borderline illegal

This company is borderline illegal! What they do is wild. Under the guise of "ddos protection" what they actually do is protect websites with illegal content such as child pornography, zoofilia , and even rape. When abuse reports are submitted to them the majority of the time they ignore the reports completely. The few times they bother to answer the reports they will tell you the name of the hosting company sometimes, but will not tell you The IP address.and the most typical result is you contact the hosting company and the hosting company says that they can't find the site without the IP address. Cloudflare claims that they will reach out to the hosting company, but they never do the hosting companies attempt to reach out to them and they never reply. Their strategy is very simple. Do everything in their power to ignore every report until they get a court order and they are fully aware that court orders can take years to. Come to be if they ever come to be at all and in the meanwhile they will continue taking all the dirty money and profit they're making. This is far beyond ddos protection because they are hiding the host and the IP and making it impossible for people to submit abuse reports and keeping these type of websites online. The CEO of the company Matthew prince had stated that he only had one regret that he's ever done with this company and that's suspending a neo-nazi website called the daily stormer. Imagine your only regret in life being Not helping Nazis. He wants to pretend he's some kind of a free speech hero, but in reality this isn't about free speech, it's about money and the criminals are paying. While cloudflare likes to deny that they have anything to do with the site since they're not a direct host but just a tunnel they are in every way conplicit of running an entire criminal enterprise. Not only should this whole company be shut down, but Matthew prince should be in jail for what he's doing. If you have any moral decency at all, do not use cloudflare there are far better options for ddos protection without having to sacrifice your morals for it.

Excellent service

For a start: Telstra spelled my name wrong and for years I asked it to be rectified. Was never done until Rebecca at Noosa Civic store did it for me. She was competent and professional in porting a mobile to Telstra and then found the right prepaid mobile casual Plan for it. She also managed to improve my other Plan so that I can make more international calls. As I'm not au fait with IT issues I was delighted that Rebecca had the patience and empathy to solve my issues. Thank you for an unexpected pleasant experience.
