There were pop ups for free trial, so I subscribed to the premium, but I was charged instantly for the annual bill- 83 dollars. I am trying to get a refund, but the page doesn't have an option to click VISA or Debit. I am currently not being able to request even a partial refund because of this. DONT use this.. And there's no way to contact the customer service.

This is the best watch on a market with longest battery life, I was very excited to get it, it has so much more information about your health and activity. I had only one issue with the silicon band, I started to get a severe rush every time I wear them and I wrote an email to customer support. They immediately sent me a free band that costs $149. I was so pleased, this is how customer support should be. Loving my watch and my new band.

Oh if I could do zero I would! My chipotle online ordering account was hacked/breached! They did nothing! No response from them within almost a week now. The only comfort I have from the nearly $50 order that was charged by whoever got into my account is that my bank is refunding the fraud and contacting them. This is very disappointing from how large of a company they are which I believe is owned by McDonald’s. I filed 2 online customer service forms which I have no way of tracking... and even sent a email directly to the customer service. Terrible customer service and terrible account security/stability. NEVER make an account with this company, and if possible avoid them COMPLETELY!!!

I ordered 2 sets of stoneware dishes on November 29th. A delivery date of roughly 4 days. We received one set on December 9th. The next day I contacted Macy's to find out where the other set is and of course they had to check availability because all they were going to do is just resend it without any explanation as to where the first one went. They confirmed they'll send a second set out two-day delivery. Is now a week later and I contacted them to find out where my second set of dishes is and it hasn't been sent out yet because it's now a third party seller. Which means I'm not going to have more than four play settings for my seven guests on Christmas dinner Saturday night. No explanation, no emails telling me what's up, nothing. All they're overseas employees keep giving me generic responses. I've been told to put them in a box and return them. I have to wait for my money back after they send me a shipping label and somehow I have to wrap four place settings and get them back to Macy's. This is a nightmare.
