Review of godaddy
I called GoDaddy to review my account and to understand what I am using. The rep, Brian was patient, professional and followed through with my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend GoDaddy who wants great service.

I submitted a review in this website and it said that i would get a $10 gift card as a reward. And as said they provide the gift card after verification, this shows that they are trusted website for review and also good platform to learn about other software.

In october 2024, my Facebook business page was hacked, and the consequences were devastating. This incident not only affected my business presence on Facebook but also led to the complete erasure of my personal Facebook account. Over 15 years of memories, connections, and cherished interactions were wiped away in an instant. The most heartbreaking loss was the messages I had exchanged with loved ones who have since passed away. These messages were irreplaceable pieces of my personal history and held immense sentimental value. The thought that these treasured conversations are now gone forever is profoundly upsetting. After the hack, Facebook informed me that I had six months to appeal the decision and attempt to recover my account. I took immediate action and regularly submitted appeal requests to three different Facebook email addresses provided for such issues. Despite my persistent efforts, I never received a response from any of them. My appeals seemed to fall into a void, leaving me feeling helpless and ignored. This experience has not only caused emotional distress but has also highlighted the lack of effective support for users in situations like mine. Losing access to years of personal and professional content, with no avenue for resolution, has been a deeply frustrating and disheartening ordeal.

Review of emirates
I tried to book 2 business class tickets online on 14 Nov 23 for £8863. After authorising payment with my bank, the Emirates system froze and i was told by their website to call the sales centre by clicking on a red button. I thought i was dealing directly with Emirates. Instead a rep at Flights Journey/Times Travel, Emirates' sales partner, who said he was from Emirates, booked me seats at £9,500 as he said there were no flights left at the lower price. Then the next day he charged me another £375 to add our middle names to the booking (which I was not asked for at the time of booking). On 16 Nov 23, £8863 came out of my account resulting on me having 2 bookings (4 tickets). I have tried to cancel the booking as the error was with Emirates booking system, but was told in the online chat with Emirates that it would cost me £1,200!! This is for an error with Emirates system, which froze and directed me to rip off merchants. This was not my fault and I am currently out of pocket by £18,738 rather than £8,863. The agent rep said he would try to get me a refund directly from Emirates for the £8,863 which i have not yet received. He then tried to bill me again for £400 to select seats on the flight. I told him seat selection is free in Business Class so he then asked me to send him £100 to his personal bank account for helping me, which I refused to do. I have subsequently checked Emirates online prices and I still could have had tickets at £8,863! I am appalled that an airline with a good reputation like Emirates is dealing with unscrupulous partners, who are fleecing customers. If your online booking does not go through, wait! And check your bank account. Be very careful if you call their call centre.

I would give minus stars if possible. I was forced into using their app as they took over the old one i was using so i had no choice if i want to play my own games that I paid for and I own. If i don`t log in periodically i need half an hour just to get into the app. I got 2 banks, none of their apps have so much security crap to just log into.

Upon uploading our first podcast a few things were not clear, free, or the same as it was made out to be. Firstly, we could not upload a transcript - this is a PAID FOR feature which is not obvious according to the help documentation. When we did upload the transcript it shows as just one long mass of text - Buzzsprout uses a non-standard format for transcript files which we will have to spend time deciphering. Next, we wanted to push our podcasts to the various directories but the help documentation and videos did not match the actual experience - yes, things change, but the help documentation had not kept up. Then we couldn't push to Google Podcasts because this was now a PAID FOR feature - again, not how it is shown on the sales/help sections of the website. That's OK, we were going to pay for a subscription anyway, but to be forced to do it straight away because 2 important features were not available (as advertised) was a bit naughty. Finally, pushing the podcast to a couple of directories/or claiming them on the relevant Podcast site requires your email address to be in your RSS feed - this is not how it is shown in the sales/help sections of Buzzsprout - in fact, it requires finding a special page where you can add the email address for 24 hours to get this sorted. Not obvious, and time consuming. All in all though. I can recommend Buzzsprout as a Podcast management platform. If it wasn't for these niggles/problems outlined here (which I did ultimately solve) I would have given them 5 out of 5.

Absolutely Horrible Customer Service & Misleading Information! ★☆☆☆☆This has been one of the most distressing and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. We reached out to update our business EIN number, and AT&T told us we needed to open a new business account to do so. We followed their instructions, only to find out the next day that we were hit with a $300 penalty per line for transferring, totaling $3,000—something we were never informed about beforehand. To make matters worse, only two out of ten lines actually transferred, while the others were blocked due to outstanding device balances that we were never told needed to be paid upfront. When we called again, we were given completely different information, with a representative from the loyalty department confirming that an EIN can be updated without opening a new account—meaning we were misled from the start. After supposedly canceling the new account, weeks later we received a $449 bill for an account that should have never existed. Upon investigating, we found out AT&T had secretly transferred our hotspot to this account without our permission—again, something we were never informed about. When we called back, after being on hold for over 1 hour and 46 minutes, a rep rudely canceled our hotspot without asking, leaving us with no internet and no resolution. He promised to restore it but then disconnected and never called back.We have been given misleading and false information at every step, transferred to multiple departments, and completely ghosted when trying to fix their mistakes. This level of deception, disorganization, and customer neglect is unacceptable. We are now considering legal action to obtain all call recordings and document how we have been lied to and misled throughout this entire process. If you are considering AT&T for business services, stay far away—this company does not care about transparency or customer service!

There is no easy link on the website or on a confirmation email that allows the patron to cancel a reservation. There is a link on the reservationb confirmation to Manage reservation, but using it REQUIRES the user to open an account! This is like Target saying, we won't accept your return merchandise unless you get one of our credit cards.

First I was talking to a Nisha for an hour about trying to figure out why I was charged when I don’t have an active account. When Nisha just ends the conversation on me with no resolution. Then I get onto another conversation with someone and they say there is no record of my card being used and the charge doesn’t exist. So when I try to say it was clearly scam/fraud from adobe the person says they’ll look more into it. 2 min later they say they have found the charge (after almost 2 hours of being told it didn’t exist) and they would transfer me to Teams and get it fixed. After the 2 hours of back and forth trying to find this charge they finally said they found it and I’ll get a refund. ONLY after I had to call you guys out for clearly scamming me. I truly thought adobe was a reputable company but this is clear fraud!
