Today Hayley Coulam provided me with excellent support in achieving the PCI DSS compliance I needed in order to satisfy barclaycard complaince requirements. Her service was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and confident. She made a daunting task feel easy and manageable. She also reassured me that payzone would report my compliance status to baraclaycard, so I had nothing to worry about until she contacts me again in about 10 months in order to renew my complaince status. Really excellent service.

Scribd are thieves. They allow books to remain available on their site even after being informed of breach of copyright, claiming they need various criteria to be fulfilled first. It is, however, obvious to them that they don't have the right to publish or sell the titles in question. Scribd, if you don't have the publishers agreement to make the book available, take it down.

Having used hotel.com for a number of years I found they were pretty much ok. But now what a rip off recently looked for a hotel in Barbados found one then I checked on the hotels website only to find that booking direct with hotel was over £600 cheaper than hotels .com for the same room

We try and stay at a Four Seasons any time we travel. They do an excellent job of making our teenagers feel welcome as well. I would like to especially recommend the Four Seasons in Mid-Town Atlanta. It is our go to when traveling flying through Atlanta during unexpected flight delays.

Horrible experience. They dont refund any ticket even thou they claim they do. I submitted for tickets for a kids movie small foot and then called them immediately to cancel the whole order, no one not even a supervisor could cancel the order. Don't ever use fandango they are atrocious.

Southwest Airlines has a terrible business model. If you reserve a flight six months in advance then cancel the flight reservation within a week, you are not able to receive a refund for the cost of the flight. Instead, they only issue you a credit that you can use towards purchasing another flight at Southwest, which can only be used within 12 months. If you want to actually be refunded for something that you paid for but never received, you would need to pay more money in the first place for the ticket, just in the possible circumstance that you would need to cancel the flight later. I don't understand how a business can receive payment for a service that is never provided and not issue a refund for the service. Will not be flying Southwest Airlines again.

My keyboard (G910 Orion Spark) was malfunctioning with lighting. Called the customer service hotline and they calmly walked me through steps to fix this issue. It had adverse actions and ultimately broke my keyboard. (Not their fault) And now I have been given a replacement free of charge. Overall amazing customer service.
