Notwithstanding the fact that I pay for Hulu live and commercial free Hulu has been unable to record any shows programs or movies or sporting events, and who will help desk (after hours of phone calls) tells me they're having an internal issue and to please be patient. Additionally for months Hulu requires me to re login multiple times a week and often requires me to change my password for no reason. Additionally it tells me I've changed locations too many times when I've never changed locations, Again requiring me to call the help desk and reset. The inconvenience sucks

Beyond excellent customer service! I had trouble accessing my account and Michelle was quick, efficient and extremely helpful. Probably the best service I've ever received from an online company. Smallpdf does what I need it to do with no bells or whistles but the service I received was a whole parade!

I follow the fool on a daily basis you continue to always be on top of things. I have bought for the long run though I follow daily I have no intention of selling even when certain stocks go down. I also double check your opinions with other firms like Zack’s and I continue to find your info very reliable

I enjoy being an active investor but finding good stocks is challenging. The Fool has allowed me to diversify, and while not every pick is a winner I have made great returns following many of their selections, many in stocks that I'd never heard of or didn't completely understand what they did.

Absolutely terrible. They do nothing to help sellers. I sold an Iphone and posted it 2nd class signed for. The buyer claims not to have received it. Despite me sending Depop proof of delivery and the buyer having signed for it, Depop have refunded the buyer in full from my account. I have contacted Depop Customer Services who have pretty much said it's ot their problem any more. I will never sell on this site again and would advise anyone else to steer clear

Games don't work and support is terrible.They take weeks to respond using a ticketing system. All I ever get is some non-tech call centre gonk asking me the same banal questions. Nothing ever gets fixed.Do yourself a favour, don't buy their games. Shame because a couple of their games are excellent - during the brief period when they are working.

Account blocked for no reason. Support is automated, and I guess nobody is looking at any of my requests.Whatever I submit, I get the following message : "Your number was blocked on Rakuten Viber because it was reported as a source of spam or as a result of unusual activity. The account has been automatically added to a block list and can not be unblocked."
