Don't bother

Tried 2 different numbers and couldn't register, says the numbers were used by scammers apparently. When I eventually managed to register, it blocked the subscription. Pile of rubbishCustomer service is non existent, you need to wait for them to reply 1+ day, no instant chat at least. If I needed an urgent call, what's the point?Luckily another provider worked and had no call lag. I tried viber before in the past and the call lag was bad

Really bad experience

Really bad experience! Glad I didn't charged more than the 4.99.Using it for international call, it called other numbers randomly instead of the one I called.

Viber out - useless due to instability - hopeless support

HiNow again today calling any viber out contact fails right away.So far here in June viber out intra DK calls to Danish landline and mobile numbers have not been possible for several days - 3 complete outages.I have made tickets each time, but never received any solution - tickets just closed without explanation or response.So I certainly can not recommend viber out and I will switch to another deskphone on windows and iOS.Br Peter L

Absolutely useless

Absolutely useless. Keypad doesn’t work. You can dial the number but then you can’t use it. I called abroad to the customer service and chose option 1. Nothing. Again. Nothing. Cleared cookies. Nothing. But each time they happily charged me for a call. App deleted. Serious waste of money.

DONT use

DONT use: scammers. YOU CAN"T CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION. There is NO customer service: won't even reply. The system first accepted my phone number and e-mail for a subscription, and then it DENIED it to login saying it's not a good phone number LOL. Now i'm stuck with a subscription i can't cancel and can't reach them, Is someone going to cancel my subscription? absolute scumbags. Time for legal steps i guess.

Brother you are a SPAM untill your support team is not active

Created an account on viber as skype is gone thought it would be a better option ever since I have created an account here and opted for viber out and paid money to them Everyday it is same story Contact support and pledge them to unblock my viber out account Unblock my number And it has been 2-3 weeks that I following the same pattern They reply we will get back to you in 48 hours and no body reply As no body is willing to EVEN IF YOU THINK IN YOUR MIND TO MESSAGE OR CALL FROM VIBER OUT IT WILL BLOCK THEIR APP AND GIVE YOU TJE REASON YOU ARE THINKING TO SPAMI mean what the hell on earth you are invented for MY VIBER SUPPORT TICKET #8514825 is pending from past weeks and no one is willing to solve it Government office and employees are far far better in their decipline than the viber staff at least they don't so much time to complete work. There is an option for bb too

The ID is different than your original…

The ID is different than your original one and you can't use for business or to call any call centre , the receiver can't recognize you . The customer care confirms this issue as " For various reasons outside of Viber's control, the phone number might be displayed as 'unknown' or incorrectly.Unfortunately it is an issue out of our reach"

One star is too much for this company

One star is too much for this company. What an absolutely insane and useless "service". They are really quick in charging you but immediately after I created my account and purchased credits, it was blocked due to my personal phone number being used for "Spam" which is ridiculous. Now, they don't answers, it's absolutely impossible to get in contact with any type of support. I wished I had looked into this reviews before purchasing.

Viber customer care non existent I had issue with calls to australia asked me what issue was then dismissed case after I sent reply absolute joke I asked 3 times 4 different idiot technicians dismiss case saying resolved joke of an app I've gone to yolla
