We ordered an L shaped computer desk about a week or go. Received it today in a very badly beat up box. Not only was the box badly beat up, It had tape all over it to try and hold it together. We started getting all of the parts out of the box and guess what? No instruction booklet and no hardware! So we now just have a bunch of pieces of wood and metal and no way to put it together. Called customer service and now have to wait another whole week or so to get the parts. Very frustrating! This will be my first and last order from here! I wish I had of found this review site before I ordered from them.Update: Yes the hardware pack was sent. Not replacement parts ( The main Parts) After 10 days of contacting customer service chat and getting told 100 different stories and in one case the lady just ignored me and quit typing and wouldn't respond back. I do have her name and all the chats saved. I finally received the hardware (No manual) and missing a few pieces of the hardware 2 weeks after the desk and all of that hassle. Beware people! They have the most horrifying customer service that I have ever seen.

I received damaged bras. The customer service said I need to ship them back and they will cover the cost after. After reading the reviews I decided it’s not worth the hassle, I was not ready to loose €60 in product and €30 in shipping.. I will just never order from them again

One thing i hate is GREED.Let me tell you how disgusting this company shopify is. For any of their monthly plans,lets say you pay and start your monthly subscription plan on july.5th. Well the next bill should be due on aug.5th right? Wrong......its due on aug.4th.So if you pay on aug.4 the next bill should be sept 4 right? Wrong its due sept 3. This is just one way they nickel and dime you theres many many otheres.Their basic plans were 29.99 but wix had theirs for just 17 bucks so now these greedy pigs shopify dropped their plan from 29.99 to 19 bucks.Greed X 100 .Once you sign up for shopify there will be many more "surprises"...you have been warned.

I am a music artist and thumbtack is STEALING OUR MONEY !!! They don't even tell the clients looking for vendors that they charge each vendor between 15 and 100 dollars each time they send a direct lead to us. Then we get charged and sometimes the person NEVER respond. We ask for refund and they ignore us. Everyone now is starting to complain and understand that THUMBTACK do FAKE leads/ clients to get our money. I am writing a review here to make everyone aware of it. I just got charged 78 dollars because a person was looking for music for a Christmas party. This person never ever responded to me. I asked them refund and they denied it. I am not gonna let this go

New TV guide on my iPad. I wish you could make the tv channel numbers on the left side smaller. Ian only 70 yrs old and my eyesight over the years has only improved. SLOW SLOW and SLOWER... UNUSABLEWhen Notion started it was great. But think they are victim of their own success... Notion has become unusable because it is so damn SLOW. Pages take ages to load and when you paste images for example... sometime it simply does't work or respond... So I asked to Notion AI "Why is Notion so slow" ... The AI didn't respond either...useless

I have subscribed for monthly premium because they did not have a one month limited option. I did use a few of their icons for my presentation. I have followed instructions to go to settings and unsubscribe from monthly premium. No email notification was send. Sniffing problems from no notification, and no customer support phone number, I have saved the web response about cancellation of the subscription. And in the busy life forgot about it until 6 month later I have received a notification from freepik that they can't charge my card, (It was cancelled for other reasons). I have contacted their customer support and provided the documented cancelation. They responded that they can refund for one month only and that this is my problem. I kind of agree, I should have been paying closer attention to early warning signs. Business is focused on cheating. Combining with the price it came to $5/icon. LOL!
