They provide inaccurate pricing information for the business subscriptions. It says €12 per user but truthfully it is €36 minimum with an additional charge of €12 per user after the first three users. I understand that misleading customers regarding price is unlawful so I am surprised they have done this.

Total scam.

Total scam.I transfered my credit from my spot wallet to web3 wallet on Usdtethreum to purchase something.First i wanted to deposit it on ethereum but they dint put it there.they overcharged me,and the worst thing they confiscated my funds in the name of gas fee.I can not withdraw it, transfer it, send it or use it for anyusefull mean.their gas fee has no fixed price.When i contacred their customer service they only told me to deposit more in order to withdraw it yet they don't reveal gas fee amount.Which means they can steal even thousands of dollars in the name if gas fee because it does not have specific amount.I lost my money to them like that without willing yo help me retrieve it or even use it for something productive.I decided to quit Using binance from there.Total scam.Since i don't see reply optional let reply to you from here.First of you have not solved the problem because u have not explained how to pay that fas fee and to know how much one should pay.Second you have not explained how to retrive back my credit to my spot.I need to get back my credit to my spot wallet .And lastly thats the case number.Case ID #122253078. For my customer service.And i will come back here for testimon for either positive or negative result .I will come back here and inform the socierty.You see,thats the problem you u have.You are talking of gas fee.But you don't mention how much and how to pay it.That makes u scam.How should when i don't know the amonut ism supposed to to transfer my own money and you don't give directions to clients how to pay for that gas fee scam.I just need to know the gas fee ranges for transactions.And how to pay it.How can i deposit more on something i don't know.You also don't mention how much i should deposit and to deposit it where in order to get back my money in Use.U are just telling me to deposit.Be clear .If its about depositing, that means i can even deposit 10k$ and u take it in the name of gas fee because it does not have specific price charge.
