I was a subscriber

I was a subscriber, came into a bit of financial difficulty ,card failed, they harassed me by phone, sometimes twice daily, when i eventually answered i asked for them to cancel the subscription, they said they couldn't unless I paid for an extra month. When i said if i didn't pay you'd cancel it anyway, he said 'No it would escalate' when i asked what he meant he didn't answer.Bullying and intimidation tactics by them.

Review of squarespace

Good designs, low on features

I've been using Squarespace for a few years. They made a new platform 7.1 about a year ago which offered more features and design options, but in order to upgrade, I had to recreate my entire website from scratch. I considered switching platforms at that time and chose not to. I'm still not sure whether that was a good choice. I love their ease of use and their customer service is friendly, but most of the time I ask for a feature they either don't have it or they give me a workaround that isn't very good. It's probably a good platform if you're doing the basics, but once you have a member area or you're selling a course, it just needs so much more work. You can make it work, but it will take longer than your friends with MemberPress - but it will also be easier to make pretty! So there are pros and cons. I'm still here mostly for the ease of use but constantly frustrated by the lack of features so I may still bail.

All important E-mails go straight to junk and all spam, phishing and irrelevant ads come straight to the inbox. Is Microsoft now working with/for spammers and hackers?

Teams platform and customer service is terrible

First I love the tool and my rating is not about the tool. I upgraded to the teams platform after using chatgpt to do a significant amount of research. The price difference is significant. $25 per month per person, so I paid $600 to upgrade. Once upgraded and adding one team member, we found it did not do anything that the model had promised. I contacted customer support and was told the teams version is only for collaboration and sharing chats. We couldn’t share chats. I went back and forth on troubleshooting with the customer service giving me tutorials like the problem had to be that I didn’t know what I was doing. I followed the tutorials and still nothing. I spent half a day on this. I asked for a refund of the difference between the individual and teams price. They agreed and immediately deactivated my account which removed all access to my chats. They had moved chats from my individual to the teams account and now they can’t move them back so I must keep paying the higher rate if I want to keep my chats and what the AI has learned using it for over a year. This is really not acceptable.

The pricing is too high for the features

The features available for the price are underwhelming, and I left the service. There are much better options for lower prices.Nevertheless, it's still a good platform, don't get me wrong. But for the price, it doesn't have the features I would expect.

I wouldn't even give this company a 1 star, they stole my money and only gave half of what I paid back as a credit I am canceling my account and will no longer do business with them, 10/10 would not recommend using them.

I agree with others. Too many ads and pop ups on the page plus the ridiculous video that just will not go away. I have given up tbh. I hate the BBC but at least I can read their site without all the interuptions.

I paid and got an email saying my order…

I paid and got an email saying my order was being prepared for shipment. All good and my family is waiting on their new shoes. Two weeks later, nothing. We check having to go thru other links I dont recognize to try and track and find out entire order was canceled They cancel orders with no explanation, no email. First online company that ever did this to me. Will never buy from them online ever again.

We bought real estate script from PHP scripts mall. I found it was done really well as per our needs. Currently it's working fine having no problem on my site. Even am new to this online business, they support me till now while am asking doubts to them. Whatever I needs they give me with proper response. They provide me clear documentation and helped to integrate the payment gateway. Really worth for my money.
