I purchased a 50th anniversary lounge fly mini backpack on my recent trip to Disney world Florida. After only a few months the leather has started to peel off and now one of the straps has broken. The bag cost $80 so not cheap. The bag is only 6 months old. I contacted Disney and they said because it’s over 30 days nothing they can do.I live in uk so not like I can take it back to the shop. No apology nothing I think this is really poor service. In the past Disney would have gone above and beyond for their customers.

This local pub providing Michelin star quality food and alcohol sourced locally where possible is an absolute gem. Set just off the Basingstoke to Alton A339 it’s easily missed but oh my god the food and service are second to none. Check the opening hours so as not to be disappointed but you won’t regret visiting and eating here. Fran, Peter and Sophie are the perfect hosts. Always

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and to file a formal complaint regarding two separate bookings I made through Agoda, which I believe constitute misrepresentation and, in the first instance, frankly fraudulent practices. These experiences have caused me significant distress, financial loss, and a complete loss of trust in your platform.My initial booking 1486417141 at OCEANUS (NHA TRANG) was a complete misrepresentation of what was advertised. The accommodations were not only substandard but were in a condition that posed a health hazard. The room was infested with cockroaches, making it unsafe and uninhabitable. The overall condition of the property was terrible and awful, far from what was depicted on your website.Booking ID 1545359980I found a better price for the same room at the same hotel on Booking.com. The price difference was $57 USD. I contacted Agoda and provided screenshots as proof. I requested that Agoda honor its "Best Price Guarantee" and refund the price difference as bonus credits.Agoda refused to honor its guarantee, claiming that the terms and conditions were different. The cheaper room on Booking.com required payment at check-in, while my Agoda booking required full payment upfront and was non-refundable. This is absurd, as Agoda should have matched the lower price or offered a refund so I could book the cheaper option on Booking.com.

This is a review for AAA Travel. This was a disaster. We made hotel reservations for the Malmaison Hotel in Dundee, Scotland through AAA. I gave them my credit card information, received the booking confirmation, and assumed we were good to go. I also assumed the charge would be reflected in my statement once we checked in. The hotel had no record of our booking or our contact information. In other words, they hadn't been paid. We had to scramble to find other, last minute lodgings across the street. We'll never use AAA Travel again.

Staff were friendly and understood my situation. Knowledgeable and comprehensive answers to all the details that I requested. I hadn’t thought to shop Thomann before but very much a convert.

MSN is extremely biased. They are extremely anti-conservative. They allow liberals to completely bash conservatives and when a conservative defends themselves, it gets listed as hate speech. MSN does not oppose hate speech. They oppose speech they hate. Their customer service is biased as well and beyond horrible.
