Facebook has disabled all my Meta accounts: Facebook itself, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp. ALL my accounts have been disabled. I never got an email explaining why. All i can find is where it says i didn't play by the rules, but it DOESN'T say which rule i violated. There are instructions on how to revalidate your account, but the actual options described do NOT appear anywhere on my screen. And there is no way whatsoever to contact support. And for me this especially sucks because Facebook and Instagram and Whatsapp are the ways in which i stay in contact with family and friends and now I'm completely cut off and still don't know why! If I could give ZERO stars I would!

As others have said. If low people have opened your campaign which you can spend a lot of time on, they will suspend your account and say you have to delete more than 60% of your contacts!!We moved all our mailchimp contacts over and they suspended my account during the Christmas period which could cost my business potentially £80000-£18000, Yes, that's thousands of pounds lost because of a suspended account .. They don't care as the customer service agent said, can't do anything about it.. ?!No refunds offered for their rubbish service. They are quick to respond to the first message, but slow to respond to a follow up. And We are a multi-award winning company winning awards over the last 5 years! And we cannot believe the rubbish we have recently read. We have since unsubscribed after their last email!! Not a professional service. They are not taking another penny of us!Originally I had 2 thousand emails blocked and suspended, they told me to go through the very long winded and time consuming process of deleting all the blocked emails line by line,... and then reinstalling them.. (Took us 3 hours!!!) and then they all got suspended and blocked again!!!We've had no issues with mailchimp, so going back with them.Our mailing list was being held hostage, The Export of our contact list is unusable to transfer to another mailing list!!Edited, it's taken me about a week to re-transfer ALL the contacts off their system. I had a lot of Syntax errors in the files which we had to go through line by line, 5000 lines of contact!..Their Ad: Don't Let Them Overcharge YouBrevo 9000 Emails a month, Free — Stop Overpaying for Email and Get the Best Value in Email Delivery & Email Marketing Tools. Revolutionize your marketing efforts with powerful email automation and stunning templates. Terrible! we had to pay £16 per month (Excluding VAT), yeah, they don't tell you that up front!.. for just have 4000 emails which we cannot use anymore!Try to save some money, but ended up wasting a lot of man hours and monthly subscription fees

I am extremely disappointed with Amazon’s delivery service. Two of my recent orders were delivered to the wrong address without any proof, such as photos, showing where the parcels were supposedly left. To make matters worse, my last order went completely missing.When I contacted customer service, their only solution was to refund my money. While I appreciate the refund, this does not address the inconvenience caused or prevent similar issues in the future.

We booked 5 tickets through this platform, payment was deducted and the error was shown that the price has change but tickets with the same prices were still available. There was an error with billing and I was charged twice for a subscription. It was quickly rectified when I realized the bot wasn't able to process a refund properly and Hindi was popped into the chat. My kids are just starting so I really only have details about that one interaction at this time. The trial tutoring with native Japanese speakers did go very well. They're extremely detailed and attentive to the learning styles of their students, from what I've gathered so far. I look forward to my in-home students continuing to work with this service.
