Good desktop computer. World's worst Customer Service Department. I will never buy another ASUS computer because if you ever need any kind of support or questions answered, you' won't get it from ASUS Customer Support. Representatives are poorly trained and do not care at all about their customers.I contacted Justin at ASUS per his offer to help (see below). His offer was not sincere. He made no effort to help and ignored my follow-up email. I need a simple replacement part. I asked for a parts list so I can ordered the part. Justin said ASUS does not have a parts list. How do they make and service their computers with no parts list? I'm sure what Justin meant was that his department did not have a parts list and he was too lazy to contact the department that did because ASUS customers aren't important enough for him to make the effort.

My magic remote stopped working right in the middle of use, for no apparent reason. I was selecting the Netflix app and then I couldn't make a movie/show selection. My remote completely stopped working from that point. I changed the batteries and reset the remote with no luck. The following day I called LG and spoke with a representative by the name of Herschel. Herschel instructed me to do exactly as I had already done, the night before. I complied but the remote still did not work. Herschel then advise that I would need to purchase a new remote. I informed the representative that I had already purchased a second remote due to the same problem, 6 mos after buying the TV in 2016. I also informed Herschel that I didn't think it would be fair to have to purchase a 3rd remote for the 2nd time. Especially when it's well noted that this magic remote has very poor engineering and has been giving multiple customers problems. The TV has only 1 button and therefore, cannot be operated without a remote. Herschel informed me that she would submit a request for a replacement remote but that it's subject to approval. Herschel informed me that she would personally call me back within 7 days to inform me of the decision status. The 7th day arrived and I never received a call from Herschel. Before the close of the business day, I called the LG customer service line and spoke with an unknown representative; only to find out that my remote would not be replaced. Just as I was about to express my dismay with decision the call magically disconnected. I made a second call that day and was hung up on again before being transferred to a representative. By the third call, I decided that I was only willing to speak with a supervisor. On the third call representative "D" greeted me, I immediately requested to speak with a supervisor. "D" asked if he could have my phone number in order to verify my account. I obliged, he then requested to know the reason for my call, I declined and again requested to speak with a supervisor. "D" continued to quiz me, which only further aggravated me. After requesting to speak with a supervisor multiple times, I was placed on hold for lengthy periods of time. In between holding, "D" would pop back on the line attempting to assist by submitting another replacement request. I had to continue declining and requesting the assistance of a supervisor. On the representatives final attempt, I informed him that I no longer wanted to speak with him. To which the representative responded by saying "I don't want to talk to you either, if you would just shut up". At that point I was vexed and then demanded to speak with management. The rude representative quickly placed me back on hold, where I waited for 56 minutes before actually speaking to a supervisor. Kaleb greeted me and took my complaint. Kaleb also informed me that "D" went ahead and submitted a replacement request before transferring me. Kaleb informed me that he would escalate my complaint to the internal management team for review. I informed Kaleb that until my recent experience, I was very fond of the LG brand. Every television in my home is a LG and I'm in the market for a replacement for my great room. After the way I've been treated, I will greatly consider another brand.

Great venue, staff was so helpful! Some bottlenecking when trying to get into the venue, but overall not a terrible experience. Amazing band- you should book them for three day events at any chance you get!!Thank you for a fun safe experience.

Horrible- please don’t order from this really awful company. No customer service on phone- only messages. Had to beg for my money when seller set up 0 tracking number to stall for time after I canceled order. Order was never shipped but Mercari insisted on me waiting for nothing to arrive. Those seller ratings are not accurate, you can’t rate after order is canceled for no delivery. Ordering from Amazon from now on, even temu is better than this.

If anyone thinks that Expedia is some high and mighty company, its time you got it right. My mom was defrauded by an employee who pretended to be a member of a hotel and charged her triple the amount of the actual price. They gave her no indication that she was communicating with a third party company, and when my mom attempted to check out, the hotel stated that she would have to go through Expedia first. Now, your company has her credit card number along with all of her information, and my mother has to go through all of the long refund processes to get her money back. When my mom called back asking to get her money back, the employee was extremely unhelpful and made it unclear that she would get her money back.Your company is a sham, a fraud, and a hoax. Don't think I'm joking when I say that Expedia is never laying a finger on any of my families money again, except to give back what they illegally stole. I will be sharing this with all of my friends, and I know a LOT of people.
