Review of wayfair
I have used Wayfair a lot in the past but just recently purchased a dining chair that ended up being allocated by FedEx. Wayfair customer service was no help. I will never buy from this company again because they use FedEx. Update on order: FedEx tried to deliver 10 days late and I refused shipment. Now they are still trying to deliver a chair 13 days later. I've already moved on and purchased another from Amazon.

I want to love it, but I can't even use it right now. Any book I try to import is subsequently deleted when I try to sych the device. What's worse, I bought it last month and support is still working on it. This is not a one-off, seems to be a recurring issue from my online searches.
Review of Etsy
I tried to buy a pair of shoes from a company called Faster4Less on Etsy. The seller charged my card and never shipped the shoes. Etsy gave me credit for future use but would not refund me. I had to buy another pair of shoes from another vendor on Etsy and they are not great shoes. Bottom line, I will never use Etsy again. They have no customer support function to contact. I can contact the seller but that's it. The seller didn't care. They got my money and never returned it.

I find the 'support' staff to be somewhat obnoxious, if not borderline rude. The response to honest criticism is met with derision and contempt. Instead of helping individuals catalog/submit entries into the 'database', the so-called 'experts' do nothing but criticize and heap verbal abuse on people who are trying to contribute. The site relies on 'experts' to help to manage/maintain the system integrity (in terms of updating the recording database), but many of these people are simply there to be online 'bullies'.All in all, the site is nothing more then a bunch of middle-school script kiddies with no people and/or customer service skills whatsoever.

Review of squarespace
Just signed up yesterday to squarespace. It took all of 1 hour to realize I had made a huge mistake. There is no explanation as to the function of each template "family" when selecting what will work for your site design. After realizing I had chosen the wrong design I then realized there is no way to change your template design once you have chosen it, other than to cancel your website (and subscription) and pay for an entirely new subscription. Cherry on top: there's no refunds for monthly subscriptions.....aaand no customer service phone, just a chat bot. I will be transferring domain and website to Wix after my 60 day waiting period. How this company has gotten such rave reviews is beyond me.

Review of Microsoft
Poor support. I have Windows 11 and tried using New Outlook, which was fine except when I tried to unify my various email accounts it was not possible, the "All accounts" icon was nowhere to be found. I then realised that you cannot contact Microsoft and their help facility was useless.

Recently ordered a Canada planning map for a motorcycle trip this summer. I'm so disappointed with the map. VERY small print. The roads are not well defined. Mostly just the major roads. Very little detail. Also, no information for the US states that border Canada. A true waste of money. Would cost more to return than cost of map. Seriously, don't waste your money!

Great online photo editor. I used it just once, and than forgot about it. Just like others, I was automatically renewed. When I contacted the company, they gave me a refund. Now that I am in need of a good, easy online photo editor, I will be back. I think that this editor is worth a one time $39.99 subscription...just need to remember to cancel so that I am not auto renewed.
