I purchased a standing desk from IKEA quite some time ago and initially, I was pleased with the product. However, after the motor failed, I was sent a replacement—only for that motor to fail as well. Unfortunately, customer support has been unwilling to offer a second replacement, essentially telling me that one replacement is all I'm entitled to.I'm increasingly convinced that their customer support is simply a bot spitting out canned responses based on the company's terms and conditions. This experience has eroded my trust in IKEA, and I won't be shopping there again.It's disheartening to see that the majority of reviews echo my sentiments; a staggering 74% are 1-star reviews. It seems to me that the company has grown too large to care about individual customers, focusing instead on revenue generation at the expense of customer satisfaction.I will be exploring alternative options for my future furniture needs.

I have been trying to get a refund from a company advertised on Facebook that is a scam. There are many reviews that support this view (as high as 75%of the reviews are 1 star). How can Facebook continue to do business when they support scams like Grace Bags? The bags are neither Leather nor handcrafted. I wish I knew a way to go public in a big way to show the world how curupt Facebook is. They take down post that they disagree with and yet continue to advertise Grace Bags. I did not check reviews before I bought. Shame on me. I just want to warn others not to get scammed by this company AND Facebook.

Absolutely horrible experience. I am a foreigner living in Croatia, and I opened my U.S. LLC and got an EIN. They don't onboard people like me, and they just send you to the support team for more information about the solution, but the support team never, absolutely never responds. Shopify is only optimal for U.S. people and big corporations. F you, Shopify. Shopify was only good when they got trendy in 2016, but now they are just bad.

Booked 2 flights and the 2nd flight booked the wrong date. Called Expedia and got no help at all, they just passed the service on to the Airline to change it to the correct date and then wanted to charge another $70 after I paid $70 for protection. Expedia is a SCAM company. Wish i would have seen the 10 thousand bad reviews online. No one will help you if you book through Expedia

I have been locked out of my account for over a month because I can't update my phone number after switching carriers. Customer service support tickets can't be created without logging in, and they have no way of creating one through their site.Called support to assist me with the issue and they don't even have my phone number on file. Please look for other provides don't let your local bank push clover on you. Currently looking at other platforms and they provide better online sales and customer support.This is supposed to be an entity capable of addressing these issues, and instead they referred me to another support number operated by the Bank of America. I would stay away from Clover when the parent company refuses to invest in the platform.(800) 430-7161This is my last year with Clover.

I signed up through Sam's Club and have used Clover for years with no problems. Lately, they have been adding fees. We jumped through the hoops, and the fees were a "mistake," and we returned to our original program. It happened again, with the same results. It just happened again, but now you have to jump through more hoops than before. I am changing services, but I am afraid that they all are like this. I will find out.

I dont get it why its so popular.Things are unclear, categories are really hard to understand. Products dosent show right when you search a keyword.Seriously i hope they fix they huge problem with products showing and fake reviews on this platform...Thats a no no for me.
