I love tiktok but the tiktok shop is absolutely ridiculous I tried ordering some baby clothes and it said it was£11.45 and when I pressed checkout it added another £7 wich I think is way to high for two items of clothing I hope tiktok lowers there prices -millie-
Review of mailerlite
As if everything is working, but you have to check all the time whether everything is really working, because every now and then something doesn't happen as expected. Respectively - you cannot trust that this service will always perform the defined tasks. In addition, the support service works slowly if you use a ticket - you have to wait at least 1 to 2 days for a response. If you try to solve the problem in the chat - they answer relatively quickly, but it seems that they solve many problems at the same time and there are very long pauses in the conversation.
Review of mailerlite
The worst emailing platform I have ever used. They might have an issue with their server but expect to work on templates for hours and have everything disappearing in a second with no way to retrieve your past work which was saved. I do not recommend this platform. Mailchimp or other alternatives if your firm cannot afford to go with Eloqua, Hubspot etc... is still way better.

Review of paypal
They allow companies to withdraw money from your account without notification and also give the company the right. To complain about this transaction is pointless because it is always the customer's fault. Paypal is unreliable in this respect so stay away from this company.
Review of mercari
I use to like Mercari but now they are the worse place to buy from, the fees are RIDICULOUS! They should explain to us why they have fees that are not justifiably. One of the fees YOU have to pay is to make Mercari better?????.. come on, Really? I sell on Mercari but I will NEVER buy on there again. Look at the fees when you buy something. You’ll be like WTF??
Review of kobo
The device is well-made. It's plastic, but feels tight. It replaces my Kindle Oasis, which is no longer made. It's almost the same weight and with the same screen size. And it has buttons! The are just slightly not-as-positive as the metal Oasis, but they are pretty close - and far better than 'swiping the screen' to change pages for me. The colour is soft, for sure, but on text pages the screen is full resolution and as good as the Oasis.
Review of intuit
Very clear answers to my questions. I have no accounting knowledge and am coming at this as a novice. The support from Quickbooks has been invaluable - it is straight forward and quick to speak to someone and even easier to access online answers too.
Review of groupon
For the most part I always have a great experience with groupon. The only reason I am giving them a 4 star instead of 5 is because I made a purchase, have not been able to use the groupon. All of a sudden I no longer see my groupons and my purchase hasn't been honored or recied a refund. We use to be able to get in contact with someone inorder to get a credit. Todays time, I don't know whats going on.
Review of live
Outlook Mail limps along with a two-star rating from me. It covers the basics—emails come and go, and the interface isn’t outright hideous if you’re already entrenched in Microsoft’s ecosystem. For business pros managing multiple email accounts, which many do these days, it’s supposed to be a clutch tool. But it’s a glitchy mess—syncing across devices drags like a bad dial-up connection, often failing entirely. Searching for emails feels like a cruel game of chance, and the spam filter might as well be a coin toss, letting junk flood in while I hunt for legit messages. It’s functional enough to not be a total loss, but it’s a slog to use. On the flip side, there are less expensive or even free alternatives out there that blow it out of the water. Outlook’s clunky execution makes it feel dated when there are others that get the job done cleaner and cheaper.
Review of calendly
God help you if you get stuck or anything doesn't work, you will not be able to get any reply of support, no customer service exists! My advice is to stay well away from this software, nothing special, several other types of software available in the market that does much better with customer support!I've now started to use setmore, miles better then calendly, at least if you need any support they reply promptly I don't know how these people set up a business without any customer or tech support! If you are still using Calendly my advice is to start looking for alternatives now before something goes wrong, you will be stuck for days....
Review of facebook
The worst customer service. My ad account disabled because I have forgot to connect my paypal account with a working credit card. when they try charge me of $70 the payment didn't go through. So I have added a credit card and they charged me of $70 and they have disabled my ad account. for no reason. when I tried to contact them via live chat. The way they talk to you rude and they don't help, the employee have told me that he have created a case for me and it's been over 6 days and they have not activated my ad account. and they have told me that my business is being reviewed by specializes team who has not seen my case for over 6 days

Review of uber
The App is quite obviously designed to pressure you into losing money. It is neither user friendly nor demonstrative of any decent kind of business practices.Use it at your own financial peril. The complaint process is an utter waste of time, took a week just to respond, and only with their gibberish excuses. So many better businesses are out there that deserve your attention.I'd use them instead.Bye bye Uber 👋 😘

Honestly the worst support experience I have ever encountered. I can see why the VR department of Meta is tanking if my experience is common. If your headset works and you never have to contact support you are lucky. Once you have to contact meta support it makes the experience with support a horrible time. 5 days to respond to an email, then another.... and then another..... . Multiple different support members asking for the same info that has been provided. Avoid a meta headset at all costs. Go with a pico 4. Headset is not as good, but dear god everything else has been smoother. Your stress will be thankful.....

Review of google
I have a similar experience to other reviews. Their customer service and technical support is the WORST I have ever seen. The rep messed up while setting up our phone and had to do a "late" port to switch the account emails and numbers around. I was told it would be NO more than 24 hrs well it's been 3 days and I keep getting the run around. First it was a email then it was the rep had a medical emergency so no one was handling it then it was someone was out of the office. Etc I've asked for status several times and it's just we will let you know we etc. I have express from the first issue this is my son's phone and I need it working so he can reach me at school and events. With all the dangers for children these days him having a phone really is essential. I had to refrain from sending him to football camp because of this. Steer clear from them until they fix their terrible customer serviceAnd if Google is reading this please fix my case immediately
