Very disappointed about service.Take always few days or weeks to get answer (yes : i said weekS).Moreover, a bug happened to Facebook and Manychat did'nt send any notification from their customer to wrote them it. During this time, i spent 150$ on ads each days during 6 days. I contact them to ask about the issue.Of course, no refund, no gesture commercial.So at the end : they don't took any responsibility (even if they didnt send any email)

I would've given DoorDash a 4 or 5 until recently when they raised their service fee for grocery ordering to a standard 4.99 for any orders under $60 - $70. With a Dash Pass, it used to cost me 0.99 - 1.99 if my order was over $12.00 since I already pay a monthly fee. But now, like every other greedy, ungrateful company, they're charging more during a time when the people who use them the most are being stretched disproportionally financially. So, I will never order groceries from them again and if they raise ANY of their fees or purchasing minimum to eliminate service fees one more time, I'll rate them a 1 with a 0 addendum and end my membership altogether. I may end it anyway since groceries are what I order most on the site. I feel sorry for the delivery drivers who'll now receive lower tips because of the 4.99 service fee for grocery purchases under at least $60.00. The little man (or woman) who does the most important work that keeps a company afloat will get screwed over again. It's the American way.

Customer services absolutely useless. The issue started approximately a month ago. I visited a store to return an order in order to avoid any return costs. The store assistant informed me that the return code was not working and advised me to contact online customer service. I then went to another store, where I encountered the same issue – a problem on Zara's side.Consequently, I contacted customer service online and requested a label for a free return so that I could send the package back. Unfortunately, my first attempt was unsuccessful, so I wrote again and also requested returns for two other orders. The representative informed me that the orders must be returned separately. I assumed this was not an issue since the return was supposed to be free.I sent the packages back, but to my surprise, I was charged for all three returns. I filed a complaint, and in response, I received another return label even though the packages had already been received by Zara. I have described my problem numerous times on the chat, but I continue to receive the same generic responses, and my refund request for the return costs is being denied.Is this standard practice at Zara, to deceive customers and provide no assistance? If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will escalate this matter to consumer protection authorities.

Ivelin was of great help getting some of our URLs that has become stuck between two siteground accounts and had, after a time, become problematic. Mostly because the can was kicked down the road due to being very busy, but nonetheless the Siteground crew resolved everything within an hour and were professional and friendly as usual.

Small not or profit business. Tried to get internet cancelled for over 1 year. Kept getting billed. Called Telstra to resolve at least 10 times. No resolution until 11months later told (for the first time) we had to call a local shop to get our internet turned off. Final bill sent to debt collectors as they would not cancel billing on our behalf. On the phone again now to Telstra for the 2nd time today as the first person didn't want the hassle she transferred me to another person. My cool was lost a long time ago. Their customer service model is the cheapest they can get for maximum profits and the board and execs are greedy, selfish businessmen with zero regard for the people lining their silk pockets.

I lost access yesterday and first time in the morning my access was restored thanks to the support team, they were very kind and helped me through every step. Totally recommended.

I received a bill for $ 811.60 for i nightPlease note it has a Balcony but she said you cannot open it. What's the point of paying for Balcony if it doesn't open. She wanted to hear the Ocean you cannot apparently.I will not be paying for this I live locally and used all my details and I booked this for my friend visiting from Italy I made the reservation to take the burden off he, and she used my car however. She has moved on to Northern Queensland before flying back to Italy. She does not live in Australia. Her name is Karmela Conguista. You had no right to charge my card for all of that. And believe me I'll fight for it. How dare you treat a foreign person that way. You also are in for an extremely rude awakening she told me she told you she was a judge. She's not !!!!! I feel so sick in the stomach for what you did too an innocent women she's never smoked a day in her life she has lung disease BTW. And also has many disabilities, noticed the cane did you ? The asthma spray etc how slowly she walked and you showed no empathy, sympathy or concern what so ever , . You even stopped a young man in the street that was going to help her walk across that crazy road and you stopped him and let her struggle and watched every minute of it and calling the police on her. It's people like you and the horrible rude manager she told me that makes me ashamed to be Australian. I hope you slept last night because she almost had to call an ambulance her blood pressure was through the roof she measures it 3 times a day. You turned off her TV she was still in room packing it takes her a long time. So she already told you that she was checking out and yet people pounded on her door over and over again demanding she left. I will right a review on her behalf because she made pages of observations on the way you conduct your business I was appalled. I took copies of all of her notes and will put it also in the review. She told me about I guess you a man employee walking around in bare feet. You don't know what I do either and that goes against every rule in the book on OH&S standards. Clearly you don't have any. I am a Qualified External Auditor and I know every rule in the book and will be reporting you in Australia. I will also report what she saw waiting in the lobby. A pack of kids that came out of pool area dripping wet and there was water everywhere in the lobby. She was waiting so long for the police she called them herself I laughed with there response. Anyway back to the water. Apparently no one cleaned it up while she waited. And I ask why did you not put a sign up saying be careful wet floor. She said there are a lot of older people there you do realise they have weak bones don't you.
