Do NOT order online from this company. The WORST customer experience ever. Christmas presents ordered 21 Nov to be delivered 3-5 business days. Never arrived. Chats & emails then tell me I have to wait until 23rd Dec. Then I randomly get an email saying part of my order has been returned (not by me!) and I have to wait 3-5 days for the monies. However, there is still an item missing.Beyond fuming.Order at your own risk.This company doesn't deserve to remain in business.

I've utilized ActiveCampaign for a variety of different businesses for email marketing for over 5 years.I love the ease of use, the intuitiveness in creating email campaigns, and the overall design of the website.As I've created some pretty complex automation sequences, ActiveCampaign was reliably able to do the job, and little to no lag time in the delivery of the campaigns.The only thing I'd suggest that would be helpful would be native integrations to a few software apps such as Divi/Elegant Themes on WordPress, it won't allow me to do multiple forms throughout the same website, and to build on Bubble.Apart from that, I still am an active user of ActiveCampaign and love the service.

I place a order for 150 dollars and they do the shipping with FedEx. They lost or stole my package I contact victoria secret custumer service and they told me that they are not responsible for any lost,misplaced or stolen package. The custumer service person told mo to get in contact with the shipping company and that they have nothing to do with that. A custumer have no protection when buying from they're website.

Never book with this company

I booked a room online but needed to cancel it. I cancelled within the 3 day window, was given a confirmation, but was charged for the total charge anyway. After several calls, I was told by IHG that I had purchased a nonrefundable room. I never would have purchased a nonrefundable room had it been made clear upfront. I did not want to use points or be a member, I just wanted to book a room and feel totally ripped off...they just said too bad and took my money. Never, never work with these people, all they want is your money.

Review of Etsy

Etsy not letting me change currency and I am charged for the conversion rate.

Since going on holiday for two weeks, my currency was automatically changed from GBP to euros and will not change back, no matter how many times I change it in the default settings. I have tried changing it on both phone app and desktop (browser). Every time I have purchased something my bank has charged me for the currency conversion.

I accidentally pressed a download button and triggered a previous subscription. My fault. I thought I was stuck with the subscription, as is often the case. Tom at customer services refunded me the next day, no questions asked. I've used a lot of image companies and I like Dreamtime. I've been with them for a few years, no problems and they usually have what images I want for a decent price.

support is rurde and does not exist

when you try to contact support - you go through the computer firewall and answer bunch of questions. Then they connect you with a human firewall who asks you the same questions and the reason for calling. then they transfer you to a disconnected phone line. so you call back and the girl is aggravated with you because she keeps on asking the same questions and you are annoyed. So she hangs up. you call again and go through the hoops and the recording says - there is no live support available... So you schedule a call with client support and they don't show up to google meet they set...

Delays as ever but what’s so frustrating is that the lack of clarity. You’re left not knowing where the item is, when it’ll arrive (if ever).Maybe we’re ordering too much online but I’ve never know all the delivery services to be this bad. I literally expect problems now.
