I am giving this review after failing to communicate with chess.com. My account was closed during a game, win given by chess.com to my opponent. I then received an email to confirm that my account was closed for violation of Fair Play Policy; my appeal was also denied without giving any explanations. However, chess.com offered me a second chance to open a second account with separate email, which I did, that account was also closed showing “abuse”. I did not realize there was an online form to fill in, because of that 2nd account was closed. Chess.com member support team indicated that I must provide an honest and complete admission to the form within 72 hours, which I did. It has been 3 weeks; I still did not get any response from chess.com. I have written several emails in last 3 weeks, unfortunately I did not get any reply.

Every single item I've received recently is faulty or poor quality. Customer support is working against me making return process extremely difficult. Every time I get in touch with them I'm talking to an automated answer machine which pretends to be a human, which is assuring me that this time my case is going to be sorted. They raise my case to their so called "higher team" which is sending me exactly the same automated answers countless of times. Go on eBay even if the price is twice as much compare to aliexpress.Over 2 months later still not resolved. Customer support still repeating the same solution wanting me to pay extra for someone else's fault and telling that video showing the software unable to connect to the vehicle for over a minute is not an enough evidence. Unbelievable.

Target furniture delivered a bedroom suite today. Just dumped it in the room. No signature required. Refused to open it to check it was the correct item or if it was damaged. I’m left to struggle to get it out of the packaging and get rid of it. Phoning them is useless. Will never buy from Botany store. Worse customer service ever.

Deliberately Misleading: I booked a flight on the amex travel site. It presented as Oman Airways. only one connecting flight was on oman. All were on Turkish airlines. This agency is deliberately misleading and you cannot even make changes as they make it really hard to get any form of support by having functions that send you to the airlines. They don't even provide correct passenger codes that can be used to enter for the airlines they sell tickets for. Its a horrible experience. This experience started in April and I am flying out in a week and its still the same.

I have been a loyal Amex UK customer for over 10 years, but after my recent experience, I am now considering closing my account and transferring my business to another provider.As a Platinum Cardholder with an annual fee of £575, I expect a high level of service that reflects the premium nature of the product. However, my recent interactions with American Express UK customer service have been extremely frustrating and disappointing.On multiple occasions, I attempted to call your customer service line around 20:30 to make a payment and resolve an issue I was having with my online payment system. Despite calling five times and using various options, I found that all departments were closed, with no support available. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a premium service. It is particularly concerning that I could not even reach assistance during a time when it was crucial for me to make a payment.Furthermore, the inability to access customer support during non-business hours raises serious concerns about the reliability of your service. In the event that my card was lost or stolen, I would have had no immediate assistance, which is an incredibly important service that I expect from a premium card provider.Given these ongoing issues, I am now seriously considering cancelling my Platinum card and moving my business to either Barclays Premier or HSBC, as I no longer feel confident that American Express UK can meet my expectations for reliability and customer service.To anyone considering Amex UK, please avoid, it is not worth the yearly fee by no means.

Wrong items were received. Amazon said they would process a refund, but they didn’t. Apparently their system said the order hadn’t been delivered yet and a refund can’t be processed until the system shows as having been delivered. They knew the order had been delivered but the system wasn’t showing it. The system can’t be changed if it’s wrong, so I can never get a refund for the goods I paid for, yet didn’t receive.
