This is THE most irresponsible and incompetent company I have ever come across. I can't believe the amount of downtime and outages they allow on the platform, nor how they treat their paying customers. I am a pro user and I need graphic design for my brand. Canva is not, I repeat NOT a viable solution if you are using it for business purposes. You are constantly forced to wait, typically up to an hour at a time, literally four or five times a day, for the outage to clear before you can resume, totally disrupting your workflow. It is impossible to finish your work to a deadline, even a long deadline.Simply put, this product is severely broken. I am switching to another product, demanding a refund, and never EVER going back to Canva.

One star is above a true rating. Our internet phone was not working so I called AT&T for assistance and was transferred 7 times before a representative said I would have to go to a store. I asked for a manager and was told there aren’t any but one would call me back within 2 hours. Of course no call. The closest store was over 100 miles away. I drove there and was told they could not help me and I had to go to corporate. I drove that far what is another 5 miles, right? So I go to the corporate store. All they could do was open a new account. With a new phone number. Well, I did that and was told to call customer service to cancel the old phone. So I return home and called customer service. I’ve already spent 12 hours on the phone and driving dealing with this. Another 3 transfers and again I was told to go to the store. I again drive 2 hours to the “corporate store” and was told it had to be handled over the phone. What the heck? Get it together people! Horrible experience. I will never go back to AT&T.

Not as secure as you think. I began to use brave because it stresses the importance of security and privacy. It's far from that if you use the free version. You can download any vpn and get the same results and not be restricted to one browser. Quite frequently the browser kicks you out of private browsing mode. You might not always notice it. Private "mode" isn't 100% private as I occasionally get warnings from google saying it is not private. I am considering finding another browser because it just kicks you out of private browsing without warning. This issue is becoming more frequent than in the past.

Warning!The “change date” option on this app is completely unreliable. Despite the app stating that we could modify our booking dates, it was impossible to make any changes. We were simply trying to shorten our stay with 3 nights within the modifying dates of the booking, but the system would not allow it.Reaching manual customer support is a nightmare—you are only directed to unhelpful AI support with no way to speak to a real person.I strongly advise against using this service. Their claims of flexibility and deals are misleading. Why advertise flexible bookings if the system doesn’t work?

The outstanding amount was well within my ability to pay and they didn't give me a chance to pay it or communicate during the review if there was anything I could do.If you are looking to keep a good credit score, don't use Amex!

I wish I could give negative stars. As a 40 year card member, this will be my last year because of a $226 dispute. America. Express has decided to side with Headout tour company. Long story short, I paid for a walking tour and Churchill War Rooms in London. My group arrived 20 minutes prior to the tour at the exact meeting point. Our guide DID NOT show up. I disputed the charge. Headiut claimed I did not cancel or tour in tim for a refund. We wanted the tour and had no intention of canceling. Then AmEx closed this dispute siding with Headout. I reopened the dispute proving with photos and video that we were at the correct location for over 50 minutes... waiting... and waiting. That I tried to contact them with their chat method as well as by phone. Nothing. Then Headout said that 37 people made the tour. That is false as this was a small group tour. Now AmEx closed the dispute again and told me not to bother opening it again. HEADOUT IS A FRAUD AND AMEX SUPPORTS THEM. Really glad I am a Merrill Lynch Black Card holder. I only soent hundreds of thousands because of Delta. I'm done with AnEx and my charges are going back to Merrill Lynch. Their card is free and I can fly on any airline. Shame on you AmEx, truly a disappointment . I will not be renewing my card.
