I am absolutely disgusted at the service I have received today from Amazon. Their chat team told me I could complain to them using the an invalid email address which apparently doesn’t take incoming emails! Amazon tell me how can I complain as you seem to be blocking customers from doing so and therefore I may go to trading standards

Amazon now has no way to contact customer service about issues. They lie do not honor delivery times. Amazon do not have a way for you to address the issue. It is just a lot of clicks and redirects going in circles with no one to give customers customer service. All packages are late nothing has been on time nor compensated for repeated issues or being late. Also no notice from Amazon regarding late delivery to customers. Customers order from stores and online based on delivery and price. -0 for first 100 days of the year for this customer.

I find it unacceptable that they don’t have spare parts for a notebook that I bought 3 years ago. I requested to buy a battery for my notebook and ASUS responded that it is not available. They even suggested that I buy it on amazon or e-bay or wherever and do the replacement myself. I really cannot understand why ASUS does not support its customers. Is it that old a 3 years old notebook to stop producing batteries for it?

We’re in 662 Cottage Dr at Napa’s Silverado Resort. There’s NO Heat. The coffee pot they claim to have, doesn’t work. There’s only 2 salad forks…We called customer service 2x, left messages, NO ONE returned the call. I will never forget and never rent again. I plan on finding out the owner of this unit. Pretty disappointed…

Tricked into making a £75 “voluntary’ contribution ! No doubt they will say I should have seen the pre-checked box. But using Ryanair type tactics to get money off people they don’t intend to spend - particularly when these people are trying to do something good - is very underhand for a “charity” website. Congratulations on your clever trick - Will never use again.

First time ordering with Wayfair, ordered my product and was given an estimated delivery date. It's been changed 3 times so far and no one can give me any information of when the thing may actually ship. Super super frustrating. I wont shop at Wayfair EVER again.

Terrible Odoo experience. They sign you up for a subscription, then AFTER you are signed up the first thing you need to do to make things work properly is to sign up for a VERY expensive "Support Package." btw no refunds on your subscription after you figure this out. Awful business model in this day and age, don't make the same mistake I did.
