I chosen Webflow for creation of a landing page with potential to further extend its footprint in the company and have a full scale website on it.I liked the platform and learning materials, especially videos.But they need to do something with Support - it's terrible. They do not have chat or email - only web form on the site. After submitting the form I have just an auto reply, nothing else.I tried to contact them in social media - Twitter or Facebook, in a day someone requested me to check spam folder... that's all.I would probably consider another vendor...

I purchased a C310 for an online course that I started. The first 4 months were fine, then the picture quality fell off a cliff. The customer support was torturous, but I perservered and answered all their questions. Then I heard nothing. Eventualy a friend suggest that I posted on their facebook page. My post was removed immediately, but it did seem to have some good effect. Eventualy, about 6 weeks after I first raised the issue I received a replacement. My only other advice would be not to buy direct from their website but go through a well known third party.

I used to love klarna- it was so much easier to pay in 3.However I would urge others to be careful. I had an issue with a an item. I sent substantial evidence to Klarna (photos and emails sent to the supplier and their lack of response). However, Klarna didn’t take heed of this and settled the dispute in the retailer’s favour.I would suggest people use Paypal instead. They are much fairer in these situations.
