Bitdefender has secured my devices without fail since 2018. Today 4/15/25 was my first problem of any kind with their products. I called customer service and was on the phone with an agent within 30 seconds. I gave him my email address and he immediately began methodically solving my problem, which was a weird glitch in setting up protection on my new phone. It wasn't a cookie cutter type solution, he had to have some knowledge and experience to get the problem solved. No more than 10 minutes later my phone had protection and I was getting on with my day.

I placed an order on 10/26/203 for merchandise and When I received the order, it was not correct. I called Macys and they opened a claim and stated that I have no recall. They will not send me the correct items and will not take the wrong items off my bill. By the way I have been with Macys for over 25 years and this is the first time I have ever had an issue. The call center Agent/Supervisor was super rude

I have had an open 'support ticket' since October 17 2020. With no resolution in sight.I have a G502 Lightspeed mouse that has the lower skate peeling and as I have already had this mouse replaced once locally I thought I would contact Logitech direct and see if it is a common fault.As I said in the opening sentence this ticket has been open since the 17th of October. I have sent multiple emails and even asked my wife to contact them on social media. This morning I received a new email from 'support' asking for information I had already provided more than a week ago. The new email also requested new information (proof of purchase) as if they had previously asked for it and I hadn't provided it. I have provided every piece of information requested as it has been requested. This whole process has been ridiculous. I have always had Logitech products with my PC's but after this customer support experience I will think twice about purchasing Logitech products and will happily tell anyone that listens about how I was treated.

This is an excellent company. I booked guided tour for Colosseum in Rome with GetYourGuide. I ran into difficulty on the day of the tour due to the local travel company. I reached out to GetYourGuide via email, provided them details of the issue and they promptly responded back, took care of the issue and refunded the amount I had paid. I was super impressed by their swift communication and action.I will certainly use them again in future without any hesitation. They truly care about their customers.

Copy and pasted replies when things go wrong. Ordered a book from Bahamut Media UK that never arrived and when contacting the seller you just get the same generic email template response back every time.Abebooks themselves have no interest in genuine customer service or clearly preventing fraudulent sellers. Look at all these other reviews - many mention the same seller!

Been a member for not even 10 minutes and already in thorough levels of regret. Used the auto-generated password from Dashlane to change my email password, and for some ridiculous, illogical reason, it does NOT automatically save the auto-generated password for you. It then proceeded to misunderstand the fields present and suggested to save it to a completely different account than what it should have, at which point I quickly and accidentally cancelled out of that. Big mistake. My account is now locked to some random string of characters that is lost forever. It's not stored in Dashlane, and Dashlane has zero options to get in touch with an actual real person.If the application is providing the password for me to use when I choose a new one, in what scenario would I NOT WANT TO HAVE IT REMEMBERED?
